제6a도는 pMN 2의 제도를 도시.

Claims (5)

  1. 충치균에 의해 생성되는 불용성글루칸의 분해효소인-1.3 글루칸 3-글루카노 하이드롤라제,-1.6 글루칸 6-글루카노 하이드롤라제, 또는 이들 효소 둘다를 생성하는 세균을 배양하고 ;
    상기 세균으로부터-1.3글루칸 3-글루카노하이드롤라제,-1.6글루칸 6-글루카노하이드롤라제, 또는 이들 둘다의 유전자 DNA를 추출하여 대장균의 플라스미드 DNA와 재조합시키고 ;
    상기 재조합플라스미드 DNA를 대장균에 도입시켜 형질발현시킨후 상기한-1.3글루칸 3-글루카노하이드롤라제,-1.6글루칸 6-글루카노하이드롤라제, 또는 이들 둘다의 유전자 DNA의 존재를 확인하고 ; 그후 상기 재조합플라스미드 DNA중의-1.3글루칸 3-글루카노하이드롤라제,-1.6글루칸 6-글루카노하이드롤라제, 또는 이들 둘다의 유전자 DNA를, 구강내 상재세균으로부터 추출한 플라스미드 DNA에 재조합시킴으로써 구강내 상재세균에 도입시켜 형질발현시킴을 특징으로 하여 충치예방제를 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,-1.3글루칸 3-글루카노하이드롤라제,-1.6글루칸 6-글루카노하이드롤라제, 또는 이들 둘다의 유전자 DNA를 바실루스 서쿨란스(Bacillus circulans) BC-8균으로부터 추출하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,-1.3글루칸 3-글루카노하이드롤라제 유전자 DAA를 슈도모나스(Pseudomonas) SK-01균으로부터 추출하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,-1.6글루칸 6-글루카노하이드롤라제 유전자 DNA를 코리네박테리움(Corynebac-terium)종 CB-8균으로부터 추출하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서,-1.6글루칸 6-글루카노하이드롤라제 유전자 DNA를 코리네박테리움 AK-01균으로부터 추출하는 방법.
