Claims (7)
- 5'-이노시네이트 탈수소 효소 유전자 및 그로부터 떨어진 Hind Ⅲ절단 부위 2.9킬로 염기쌍을 갖는 DNA.
- 제1항에 있어서, 구아노신 및/또는 크산토신을 생산할 수 있는 바실루스 균주의 염색체 DNA로부터 수득된 DNA.
- 제2항에 있어서, 바실루스 균주가 바실루스 서브틸리스 NA-6011 (IFO 14189, FERM BP-291, KAIST 830719-10410), 바실루스 서브틸리스 NA 6012-(IFO 14190, FERM BP-292, KAIST 830719-10510), 바실루스 서크틸리스 NA-7821 (IFO 14368, FERM BP-618, KAIST 841109-14111), 바실루스 서브틸리스 ATCC 19221, 바실루스 푸밀루스 NA-1102 (IFO 14185, FERM BP-289, KAIST 830719-10210) 또는 바실루스 푸밀루스 NA-1103 (IFO 14186, FERM BP-290, KAIST 830719-10310)인 DNA.
- 제2항의 DNA가 삽입된 벡타.
- 제4항의 벡타로 형질전환된 바실루스 균주.
- 제5항에 있어서, 제4항의 벡타로 형질전환 되었으며, 구아노신을 생산할 수 있는 바실루스 균주.
