제2도는 pDTS9901의 제한 효소에 대한 절단지도 및 이 플라스미드의 제작 과정을 나타낸다.

Claims (4)

  1. 코리네박테리움 또는 브레비박테리움 속에 속하고, 3-데옥시-D-아라비노-헵툴로소네이트-7-포스페이트 신타제, 안트라닐레이트 산타제, 안트라닐레이트 포스포리보실 트란스페라제, N-5'-포스포리보실 안트라닐레이트 이소메라제, 인들-3-글리세롤 포스페이트 신타제, 트립토판 신타제 및 3-포스포글리세레이트 데히드로게나재의 합성에 관여하는 유전정보를 전부 함유하는 DNA 단편과 벡터 DNA로 구성된 재조합 DNA를 보유하는 미생물을 배지에서 배양하고 : 배양물중에 L-트립토판을 축적시키고 : 그 배양물로 부터 L-트립토판을 회수함을 특징으로 하는 L-트립토판의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, DNA 단편이 코리네박테리움 또는 브레비박테리움속 미생물에서 유래되는 방법.
  3. 코리넥박테리움 또는 브레비박테리움 속에 속하는 미생물에서 유래된 3-데옥시-D-아라비노-헵롤로소네이트-7-포스페이트 신타제, 안트라닐레이트 산타제, 안트라닐레이트 포스포리보실 트란스페라제, N-5'-포스포리보실 안트라닐레이트 이소메타제, 인들-3-글리세롤 포스페이트 신타제, 트립토판 산타제 및 3-포스포글리세레이트 대히드로게나제의 합성에 관여하는 유전정보를 전부 함유하고, 코리네박테리움 또는 브레비박테리움 속 미생물에 트립로판 유사화합물에 대한 내성을 부여할 수 있는 DNA 단편과 벡터 DNA로 구성된 재조합 DNA.
  4. 코리네박테리움 또는 브레비박테리움 속에 속하고, 코리네박테리움 또는 브레비박테리움 속 미생물 유래의 3-데옥시-D-아라비노-헵룰로소네이트-7-포스페이트 신타제, 안트라닐레이트 산타제, 안트라닐레이트 포스포리보실 트란스페라제, N-5'-포스포리보실 안트라닐레이트 이소메라제, 인들-3-글리세롤 포스페이트 신타제, 트립토판 신타제 및 3-포스포글리세레이트 데히드로계나제의 합성에 관여하는 유전정보를 전부 함유하는 DNA 단편과 벡터 DNA로 구성된 재조합 DNA를 보유하는 미생물.
