L-트립토판의 제조방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제 1도는 제한 효소에 대한 pCDtrp157의 절단지도를 나타낸다. DS 유전자는 pCDtrp157의 검게칠한 부분에 포함되어 있는 반면에, L-트립토판 생합성에 관한 유전자는 pCDtrp157의 빗살친 부분에 포함되어 있다. 플라스미드의 크기는 킬로염기(Kb)로 나타낸다.

Claims (4)

  1. 코리네박테리움(Corynebacterium) 또는 브레비박테리움(Brevibacterium)속에 속하고 벡터 DNA 및 3-데옥시-D-아라비노-헵투로소네이트-7-포스페이트 신타제, 안트라닐레이트 신타제, 안트라닐레이트 포스포리보실 트랜스퍼라제, N-5'-포스포리보실 안트라닐레이트 이소메타제, 인돌-3-글리세롤 포스페이트 신타제 및 트립토판 신타제의 합성에 관한 모든 유전 정보를 가진 DNA 단편으로 이루어진 제조합 DNA 를 보유하는 미생물을 배양 배지에서 배양하고 ; L-트립토판을 배양액에 축적시키고 ; 여기에서 L-트립토판을 회수함을 특징으로 하는 L-트립토판의 제조방법.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, DNA 단편이 코리네박테리움 또는 브레비박테리움 속에 속하는 미생물로부터 유래된 제조방법.
  3. 벡터 DNA 및 코리네박테리움 또는 브레비박테리움 속에 속하는 미생물로부터 유래되고 3-데옥시-D-아라비노-헵투로소네이트-7-포스페이트 신타제, 안트라닐레이트 신타제, 안트라닐레이트 포스포리보실 트랜스퍼라제, N-5'-포스포리보실 안트라닐레이트 이소메타제, 인돌-3-글리세롤 포스페이트 신타제 및 트립토판 신타제의 합성에 관한 모든 유전 정보를 가진 DNA 단편으로 이루어진 재조합 DNA.
  4. 코리네박테리움 또는 브레비박테리움 속에 속하고, 벡터 DNA 및 코리네박테리움 또는 브레비박테리움 속에 속하고 3-데옥시-3-D-아라비노-헵투로소네이트-7-포스페이트 신타제, 안트라닐레이트 신타제, 안트라닐레이트 포스포리보실 트랜스퍼라제, N-5'-포스포리보실 안트라닐레이트 이소메라제, 인돌-3-글리세롤 포스페이트 신타제 및 트립토판 신타제의 합성에 관한 모든 유전 정보를 보유하는 미생물로부터 유래된 DNA 단편으로 이루어진 재조합 DNA를 보유하는 미생물.
