Abstract
METODO PARA LA PRODUCCION DE GUANOSINA. CONSISTE EN CULTIVAR EN UN MEDIO ADECUADO UNA CEPA DE BACILLUS PRODUCTORA DE GUANOSINA TRANSFORMADA, CON UN VECTOR INSERTADO EN ELLA QUE CONTIENE UNA REGION DEL GEN 5-INOSINATO-DESHIDROGENASA, OBTENIDO DEL ADN CROMOSOMICO DE UNA CEPA DE BACILLUS, PRODUCTORA DE GUANOSINA O XANTOSINA, Y EN RECUPERAR LA GUANOSINA PRODUCIDA Y ACUMULADA EN EL CULTIVO. DICHO CULTIVO SE EFECTUA GENERALMENTE EN CONDICIONES AEROBIAS, POR EJEMPLO A LA MANERA DE UN CULTIVO SUMERGIDO BAJO AIREACION Y AGITACION.
