Abstract

Procedimiento para la preparación de una nueva enzima proteolítica, destinada esencialmente al depilado enzimático de pieles animales y designada por el número 24 199 RP constituida por una substancia proteica que se presenta bajo la forma de polvo de color marrón a negro, de masa molecular igual 27.000 y de punto isoeléctrico 3,7; bastante soluble en agua, muy poco soluble en soluciones concentradas de sales neutras y en mezclas hidroalcohólicas o hidroacetónicas y prácticamente insoluble en alcoholes y en octonas anhidras.
