EL PROCEDIMIENTO CONSISTE EN ESCINDIR EL ADN PROCEDENTE DE UN MICROORGANISMO CLORANTE Y DEL PLASMIDO PUBLLO MEDIANTE EL CONTACTO CON UNA ENDONUCLEASA DE RESTRICCION, Y COMBINAR LOS FRAGMENTOS DE ADN RESULTANTES QUE CONTIENEN EL GEN QUE CODIFICA LA AMILASA CON UN VECTOR ESCINDIDO DEL PLASMIDO. LOS MICROORGANISMOS DONANTES SON: BACILLUS MEGATERIUM, BACILLUS COAGULANS, BACILLUS CIRCULANS, BACILLUS CEREUS Y KLEBSIELLA PNEUMONIAE.
