Claims (6)
- (1) 200~1,000Å크기의 초-미소 덩어리로 뭉친 10~100Å크기의 TiO2원소 결정을 함유한, pH 0.8~2.5의 티타니아졸과 질산 네오디윰 또는 질산 바륨 및 질산 네오디윰의 용액의 혼합물을 제조하고; 혼합물을 건조하고; 그리고 건조된 생성물을 800~1,300℃의 온도에서 30분~24시간 동안 소성시킴을 특징으로 하는 네오디뮴 티타네이트 또는 바륨 네오디윰 티타네이트의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 2~20중량%의 질산바륨 농도 및 5~60중량%의 질산 네오디뮴 농도를 갖는 질산바륨 및 질산 네오디뮴 용액을 사용하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 혼합물을 400~700℃의 뜨거운 나선기류 내에 기체의 나선 경로 내칭축과 일치하는 경로에 따라 투입 건조하여 기체의 운동을 혼합물 입자에 전달하고, 뜨거운 기체 내의 입자의 머무름 시간이 1/10초 이하 및 입자의 온도가 150~350℃인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 소성 온도가 1,000~1,150℃인 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 소성시간이 6~15시간인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 소성된 생성물을 분쇄하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
