Claims (16)

  1. 7-(디메틸아미노메틸렌)아미노-9a-메톡시-미토산을 3급부타놀에 녹인 용액을 살균병에 유입시킨후 3급-부타놀을 제거하는 것으로 이루어지는 살균한 단위 투여량 형태로 7-(디메틸아미노메틸렌)아미노-9a-메톡시미토산을 병내에 침착하는 방법.
  2. 상기 3급 부타놀을 동결 건조에 의해 제거하는 청구범위 제1항에서 정의한 방법.
  3. 상기 3급- 부타놀 용액을 -40℃로 냉각시켜 3급 부타놀을 높은 진공에서 승화시키는 청구범위 제2항에서 정의한 방법.
  4. 상기 3급- 부타놀을 증발시켜서 제거하는 청구범위 제1항에서 정의한 방법.
  5. 상기 3급- 부타놀을 25-30℃의 온도로 진공하에 증발시키는 청구범위 제4항에서 정의한 방법.
  6. 5-10mg의 7-(디메틸아미노메틸렌)아미노-9a-메톡시-미토산을 상기 병속에 침착시키는 청구범위 제1항에서 정의한 방법.
  7. 5-10mg의 7-(디메틸아미노메틸렌)아미노-9a-메톡시-미토산을 상기 병속에 침착시키는 청구범위 제2항에서 정의한 방법.
  8. 5-10mg의 7-(디메틸아미노메틸렌)아미노-9a-메톡시-미토산을 상기 병속에 침착시키는 청구범위 제3항에서 정의한 방법.
  9. 5-10mg의 7-(디메틸아미노메틸렌)아미노-9a-메톡시-미토산을 상기 병속에 침착시키는 청구범위 제4항에서 정의한 방법.

  14. 상기 비경구용 부형제 수용액이 니코틴아미드의 중량으로 30%까지 포함하고 있는 청구범위 제1항에서 정의한 방법.
  15. 상기 비경구용 부형제의 수용액이 니코틴 아미드의 중량으로 10- 30%를 함유한 청구범위 제11항에서 정의한 방법.
  16. 0.5몰 당량의 3급-부타놀까지 함유하고 있는 7-(디메틸아미노메틸렌)아미노-9a-메톡시미토산.
