Claims (21)

  1. 알파-인터페론, 이당류 및 임의로 담즙산 또는 담즙산 유도체를 함유하는 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알파-인터페론이 천연 또는 제조합 연간 백혈구 인터페론인 조성물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서,-IFN-α를 함유하는 조성물.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 동결건조물의 형태인 조성물.
  5. 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 이당류가 락토오스 또는 시카로오스인 조성물.
  6. 제1항 내지 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 0.5% 내지 15%(중량/부피)의 락토오스 또는 사카로오스를 함유하는 조성물.
  7. 제1항 내지 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 5(중량/부피)의 락토오스 또는 사카로오스를 함유하는 조성물.
  8. 제1항 내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 0.01 내지 3.0%(중량/부피)의 답즙산 또는 담즙산 유도체, 바람직하게는 0.2% 내지 1.0%(중량/부피)의 글리코콜린산을 함유하는 조성물.
  9. 제1항 내지 6항중 어느 한 항항에 있어서, 0.5%(중량/부피)의 담즙산 유도체, 바람직하게는 0.5%(중량/부피)의 글리코콜린산을 함유하는 조성물.
  10. -IFN-αA, 락토오스 5%(중량/부피) 및 글리코폴리산 0.5%(중량/부피)를 함유하는 조성물.
  11. 제1항 내지 10항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 약제학적 활성 물질로서의 조성물.
  12. 제1항 내지 10항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 항 바이러스 및 면역조절 활성 물질로서의 조성물.
  13. 알파-인터페론을 이당류 및 임의로 담즙산 또는 담즙산 유도체, 바람직하게는 글리코폴린산으로 처리하고, 경우에 따라 수득된, 상기 용액을 동결건조시킴을 포함하는, 제1항 내지 10항중 어느 한 항에 따른 조성물의 제조방법.
  14. 제1항 내지 10항중 어느 한 항에 따르는 조성물을 기재로 하는 약제학적 제제.
  15. 알파-인터페론의 안정화를 위한, 이당류 및 임의의 담즙산 또는 담즙산 유도체, 바람직하게는 글리코폴린산의 용도.
  16. 질병의 치료 또는 예방을 위한 약제학적 제제의 제조를 위한, 제1항 내지 10항중 어느 한 항에 따르는 조성물의 용도.
  17. 바이로스 감염의 치료 또는 예방을 위한 약제학적 제제의 제조를 위한, 제1항 내지 10항중 어느 한 항에 따르는 조성물의 용도.
  18. 면역조절성 이상의 치료 또는 예방을 위한 약제학적 제제의 제조를 위한, 제1항 내지 10항중 어느 한 항에 따르는 조성물의 용도.
  19. 종량의 치료 또는 예방을 위한 약제학적 제제의 제로를 위한, 제1항 내지 10항중 어느 한 항에 따르는 조성물의 용도.
  20. 제13항의 방법에 따라 제조한, 알파-인터페론, 이당류 및 임의로 담즙산 또는 담즙산 유도체를 함유하는 조성물.
  21. 특히 실시예를 참조하여, 실질적으로 전술한 바와 같은 발명.
