Claims (4)

  1. 가스 환원 소둔형 연속 용융 도금 장치의 가스환원 소둔로의 출구와, 연속 진공 증착 도금장치의 시일로울실의 입구가 가압실을 통해 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융도금 및 진공 증착 도금 겸용의 연속 도금 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 가압실이 분리가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 용융도금 및 진공 증착 도금 경용의 연속 도금장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 가스 환원로의 출구와 가압실이 분리가능한 도관수단에 의해 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융 도금 및 진공 증착 도금 겸용의 연속 도금장치.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 가압실에 압력 조정 릴리프 밸브를 마련한 것을 특징으로 하는 용융 도금 및 진공 증착 도금 겸용의 연속 도금장치.
