Claims (15)

  1. 펌프(6)에서 토출된 압력유체를 유압기기로 공급하는 공급통로내에 오리피스(4c)(4d)를 설치하고, 이 오리피스 전후의 압력차에 의해서 스푸울밸브(3)를 개방하여 압력유체의 일부를 환류시키는 유량제어 밸브에 있어서, 하우징(1)에 형성된 구멍(2)내에 통형상의 유니온(4)을 삽입하여 하우징에 고정부착하고, 이 유니온에 상기한 오리피스를 형성함과 아울러, 슬리이브(12)를 유니온에 끼워맞추어서 이 슬리이브의 외면쪽에 압력유체의 통과를 제한하는 제한통로(15)를 형성하며, 이 제한통로의 상류쪽과 하류쪽의 압력차에 의해서 슬리이브를 미끄럼작동시켜 상기한 오리피스를 축소제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유량제어밸브.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 슬리이브(12)가 플랜지(12b)를 보유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유량제어밸브.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 플랜지(12b)외주면과 하우징(1)에 형성된 구멍(2)의 내면과의 사이에 제한통로(15)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로하는 유량제어밸브.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 플랜지(12b) 외주면이 하우징(1)에 형성된 구멍(2)의 내면에 미끄럼작동하여 접촉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유량제어밸브.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 제한통로가 플랜지(22b)에 형성된 관통구멍(22c)인 것을 특징으로 하는 유량제어밸브.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 제한통로가 플랜지(32b)외주가장자리에 형성된 절결부(32d)인 것을 특징으로 하는 유량제어밸브.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 슬리이브(42)는 두께가 두꺼운 원통형상을 이루고, 이 슬리이브의 외주면과 하우징(1)에 형성된 구멍(2)의 내면과의 사이의 가극(15)이 제한통로를 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유량제어밸브.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 오리피스 (4c)(4d)가 복수개 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유량제어밸브.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 복수개의 오리피스(4c)(4d)는 유니온(4)의 축선방향으로 위치를 변위하여 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유량제어밸브.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 슬리이브(12)의 미끄럼작동하는 끝부분을 규제하는 스톱퍼수단을 설치한 것을 특징으로하는 유량제어 밸브.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 스톱퍼수단은 유니온(24)의 외면에 설치된 돌기인 것을 특징으로하는 유량제어밸브.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 스톱퍼수단은 유니온(24)의 외면에 끼워서 장착된 링(16)인 것을 특징으로 하는 유량제어밸브.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 유니온(54)의 한쪽끝에 설치한 리테이너(17)와 슬리이브(52)의 끝부분과의 사이에 배설한 스프링(18)에 의하여, 슬리이브를 비(非)작동위치로 힘을 가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유량제어 밸브.
  14. 펌프(6)에 토출된 압력유체를 유압기기로 공급하는 공급통로 내에 오리피스(4c)(4d)를 설치하고, 이 오리피스 전후의 압력차에 의해서 스푸울밸브(3)를 개방하여 압력유체의 일부를 환류시키는 유량제어 밸브에 있어서, 상기한 공급통로중에 제한통로(15)를 설치함과 아울러, 이 제한통로 전후의 압력차에 따라서 작동하여 상기한 오리피스를 축소제어하고, 또한 상기한 압력차보다도 큰 압력차에 따라서 작동하여 상기한 제한통로를 확대제어하는 좁게하는 식의 제어밸브를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 유량제어밸브.
  15. 펌프(6)에서 토출된 압력유체를 유압기기로 공급하는 공급통로내에 오리피스(4c)(4d)를 설치하고, 이 오리피스 전후의 압력차에 의해서 스푸울밸브(3)를 개방하여 압력유체의 일부를 환류시키는 유량제어 밸브에 있어서, 하우징(1)에 형성된 구멍(2)내에 통형상의 유니온(4)을 삽입하여 하우징에 고정부착하고, 이 유니온에 상기한 오리피스를 형성함과 아울러, 슬리이브(12)를 유니온에 끼워맞추어서 이 슬리이브의 외면쪽에 압력유체의 통과를 제한하는 제한통로(15)를 형성하며, 이 제한통로의 상류쪽과 하류쪽의 압력차에 의해서 슬리이브를 미끄럼 작동시켜 상기한 오리피스를 축소제어함과 아울러, 상기한 구멍에 확대지름부(2d)를 형성하고, 압려차에 의해서 슬리이브가 이동하여 이 확대지름부내로 도달하는 것에 의하여 상기한 제한통로를 확대하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유량제어밸브.
