제 1 도는 본 발명의 1 실시예에 관한 유량제어밸브의 종단면도. 제 3 도는 유니온의 확대단면도. 제 5 도-제 6 도는 각각 슬리이브의 변형예를 표시하는 종단면도.
Claims (8)
- 펌프에서 토출된 압력유체를 유압기기에 공급하는 공급통로내에 올리피스를 설치하고, 이 올리피스 전후의 압력차에 의해서 스푸울밸브를 열고, 압력유체의 일부를 환류시키는 유량제어 밸브에 있어서, 하우징에 형성된 구멍내에 통형상의 유니온을 삽입하여 하우징에 부착하고, 이 유니온에 상기한 올리피스를 형성함과 아울러, 바깥지름이 그 축선방향에 따라서 변화하는 형상의 슬리이브를 유니온에 끼워 맞추어서 이 슬리이브의 바깥 둘레면과 상기한 하우징구멍 안쪽면과의 사이에 제한통로를 형성하고, 이 제한통로의 상류측과 하류측과의 압력차에 의해서 슬리이브를 맞닿게 하여 상기한 올리피스를 축소제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유량제어밸브.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 슬리이브가 그 바깥둘레면의 일부에 테이퍼 부분을 보유할 것을 특징으로 하는 유량제어밸브.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 슬리이브가 동일한 바깥지름 부분과 그것에 연속되는 테이퍼부분을 보유한 것을 특징으로 하는 유량제어밸브.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 슬리이브는 그 바깥둘레면 전체가 테이퍼 형상을 이루고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유량제어밸브.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 슬리이브가 그 바깥둘레면에 경사가 다른 복수의 테이퍼부분을 보유한 것을 특징으로 하는 유량제어밸브.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 슬리이브가 그 바깥둘레면에 곡면으로 이루어진 부분을 보유한 것을 특징으로 하는 유량제어밸브.
- 펌프에서 토출된 압력유체를 유압기기에 공급하는 공급통로내에 올리피스를 설치하고, 이 올리피스 전후의 압력차에 의해서 스푸울밸브를 열고 압력유체의 일부를 환류시키는 유량제어밸브에 있어서, 상기 한 올리피스가 형성된 통형상의 유니온을 하우징의 구멍내에 배치하여서 이 하우징에 고정하여 부착하고, 또한 유니온에 슬리이브를 맞닿는 것이 가능하게 끼워맞춤과 아울러, 유니온의 한쪽끝에 설치한 플랜지와 슬리이브의 끝부분과의 사이에 배치하여 설치한 스프링에 의하여 슬리이브를 한쪽 방향으로 부세하며, 이 슬리이브의 비작동시에는 상기한 올리피스를 개방시키고, 또한 상기한 슬리이브를 외면쪽에 형성된 제한통로의 상류측과 하류축과의 압력차에 의해서 슬리이브를 맞닿게 하여서 상기한 올리피스를 축소제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유량제어밸브.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 유니온은 컨넥터를 개재하여 하우징에 고정하여 부착되어 있으며, 그 유니온과 유니온이 고정하여 부착된 컨넥터와, 유니온에 끼워맞추어진 슬리이브와, 유니온 앞쪽끝의 플랜지와 슬리이브의 끝부분과의 사이에 설치되어서 슬리이브를 컨넥터의 단면쪽에 부세하는 스프링과 일체적으로 어셈블리를 구성하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유량제어밸브.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
