제1도는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 정량 유동밸브의 종단면도, 제2도는 밸브의 기본 부품을 도시하고 유체의 압력 평형을 설명하는 종단면도, 제3도는 다른 실시예의 종단면도.

Claims (5)

  1. 내부격벽의 곡선에 따르는 입출구 통로를 가진 정지 밸브형 본체와 입구통로와 연결되도록 입출구 통로사이에 배치되고 그 축이 입구통로 축선에 대해 일정각도 경사 져서 배치되어 있는 중공실과, 밸브본체 내측에 배치되어 출구통로와 중공실을 연결시키고 그 상류측에서 하류측을 향해 테이퍼진 내부 주위면을 가진 개구와, 밸브 본체에 끼워진 뚜껑과, 뚜껑에 의해 지지되고 축선이 개구 축선과 결합되며 축선을 따라 전후 왕복 가능한 스핀들과, 중공실내에서 전후진 가능하며 스핀들 하단부에 일체로 배치되고 그 하단부면이 개구의 밸브시트부와 접촉할 수 있는 실린더와, 개구의 축선을 따라 실린더 내측에 자유롭게 배치된 밸브측과, 개구와의 사이에 오리피스가 형성되도록 밸브축의 정면단부에 끼워진 밸브 플러그와, 스피링의 팽창, 수축작용이 유압의 맥동에 응답하여 다른 시간에 개시되는 식으로 밸브플러그를 개구로부터 밀어내도록 실린더 내측에 배치되며 다른 스프링상수를 갖는 복수의 스프링을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정량 유동밸브.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 개구는, 그 상류측부터 하류측을 향해 테이퍼진 곡면이 있는 개구를 갖고 밀봉밸브 시트부를 통해 격벽으로, 그리고 중공실 저부의 밸브 본체 내벽으로 비틀러져 있는 데이퍼 파이프로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 정량 유동밸브.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 밸브 플러그는 절두원추형인 것을 특징으로 하는 정량 유동밸브.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 제1및 제2스프링은 서로 평행배치 되어있고 제1스프링의 스프링상수는 제2스프링보다 작으며, 제1스프링의 자유길이는 제2스프링보다 긴것을 특징으로 하는 정량 유동밸브.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 제1및 제2스프링은 직렬로 배치되며 제1스프링의 스프링 상수는 제2스프링보다 작은 것을 특징으로하는 정량 유동밸브.
