Claims (29)

  1. 직포를 적어도 한개의 융고성 중합체 라덱스를 함유하는 침지욕조중에서 침지시키고, 이어서 응고욕조중에서 응고시켜서 응고된 물질을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 응고를 수상으로부터 행하고, 침지욕에 화학적 또는 천연발포제를 함유시키고, 응고를 발포와 동시에 또느 발포직후에 행함을 특징으로 하는 응고된 물질이 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 응고 (및) 또는 발포를 침지시킨 직포를 가열시켜서 행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 응고를 열-응고제에 의하여 행함을 특징으로하는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 응고 (및) 또는 발포를 적어도 50℃ 이상의 응고 수용액조중에서 행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 응고 및 발포를 85°-100℃의 온도에서 행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 응고 및 발포를 100°-130℃의 증기실에서 행함을 특징으로 하느 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 응고 및 발포를 100°-110℃의 증기실에서 행함을 특징으로 하느 방법.
  8. 제2항에 있어서, 응고 및 발포를 급식 가열전달 오븐에서 행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 응고를 적당한 전해질과 사용되는 중합체라텍스에 적용되는 pH 조건하에서 행함을 특징으로하는 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 응고를 음이온계중합체 라텍스의 사용에 의하여 pH<7에서 행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 제9항에 있어서, 응고를 양이온계 중합체라텍스의 사용에 의하여 pH>7에서 행함을 특징으로하는 방법.
  12. 제9-11항에 있어서, 응고를 15-75℃의 온도에서 행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 응고를 40°-60℃의 온도에서 행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  14. 제9-13항에 있어서, 응고된 중합체 라텍스를 제4-8항에 기재된 바와 같이, 가온 수욕조, 증기 욕조 또는 금속 가열 전달 오븐중에서 가열시켜 발포시킴을 특징으로하는 방법.
  15. 제1항에 있어서, 중합체 라텍스로서 폴리부타디엔라텍스, 풀리부타디엔 스틱렌 공중합체 라텍스, 폴리부타디엔 아크릴로니트릴 공중합체 라텍스, 폴리스티렌 부타디엔 아크릴로 니트릴 삼중합체 라텍스, 폴리클로로푸렌 라텍스, 톨리아크릴레이트 라텍스, 폴리비닐 아세테이트 라텍스, 폴이우레탄 라텍스 또는 이들의 혼합물을 사용함을 특징으로하는 방법.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 중합체 라텍스로서 폴리우레탄 라텍스를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  17. 제3 또는 16항에 있어서, 열-응고제를 중합체 골격에 충입시킴을 특징으로하는 방법.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 열-응고제로서 폴리(에틸렌 옥사이드)디올 0.5-10몰%를 폴리우레탄 분자에 충입시킴을 특징으로하는 방법.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 폴리(에틸렌옥사이드)디올을 1.5-5.0몰%의 양으로 사용함을 특징으로하는 방법.
  20. 제15-19항에 있어서, 중합체 라덱스 5-30중량%가 들어있는 침지욕조를 사용함을 특징으로하는 방법.
  21. 제20항에 있어서, 중합체 라덱스 5-15중량%가 들어있는 침지욕조를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  22. 제1항에 있어서, 열-응고제로서 폴리비닐아킬에테르 또는 그유도체, 폴리아세탈, 폴리티오 에테르, 폴리(에틸렌옥사이드) 또는 그 유도체, 또는 폴리(프로필렌/에틸렌 옥사이드) 또는 그 유도체를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  23. 제3 및 22항에 있어서, 열-응고제를 중합체라텍스 중고상성분에 기초해서 2~30중량%로 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  24. 제23항에 있어서, 열-응고제를 2-10중량%의 양으로 사용함을 특징으로하는 방법.
  25. 제1-24항에 있어서, 천연발포제를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  26. 제25항에 있어서, 천연발포제로서-40°- +50℃의 비점을 갖는 수불용성 용매를 사용함을 특징으로하는 방법.
  27. 제26항에 있어서, -20°- +30℃의 비점을 갖는 수불용성 용매를 사용함을 특징으로하는 방법.
  28. 제25-27항에 있어서, 수술용성 용매로서 중합체 필름중에서 캡슐화 여부에 관계없이, 학로겐화 포화 또는 불포화 탄화수소, 포화 또는 불포화 방향족 탄화수소를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  29. 상기 항중 어느 하나에 의한 방법을 사용해서 제조된 응고된 물질.
