Claims (3)

  1. 마찰면을 플라이휠에 밀어누르기 위한 프렛셔 플레이트와, 외주부가 프렛셔 플레이트의 배면에 와닿아서 프렛셔 플레이트를 플라이휠에 밀도록 힘을 가하게 하기 위한 원판모양의 다이아프램 스프링과, 플라이휠에 고정되고, 프렛셔 플레이트와 다이아프램 스프링의 바깥쪽 둘레와 배면을 덮는 클러치 카바와, 다이아프램 스프링의 내주부에 연결해서 프렛셔 플레이트에 대한 밀어누르는 힘을 해방하도록 다이아프램 스프링을 변형시키기 위한 릴리즈 기구와, 다이아프램 스프링의 반경방향으로 중간부분의 양쪽면에 맞닿아서 상기 다이아프램 스프링의 지지점을 형성하는 한쌍의 와이어링을 구비한 클러치 카바 조립체에 있어서, 클러치 카바의 본체내의 둘레에다, 원둘레 방향으로 간격을 두고 다수개의 절곡탭을 형성하여, 이 탭을 다이아프램 스프링의 개구부를 통하여 프렛셔 플레이트쪽으로 연장시키고, 다이아프램 스프링의 양쪽에 배치한 한쌍의 지지점용의 와이어링을 내주측과 또 다이아프램 스프링과 반대쪽에서 탭으로 지지하고, 와이어링의 한부분을 절단하여 그 끝을 구부리고, 탭측의 가상자리와 다이아프램 스프링의 개구부의 안쪽 가상자리와의 사이의 원둘레 방향의 간격에다가 상기 구부린 끝부분을 대략 간격이 없는 상태로 끼워넣고 구부린 끝부분에 의하여 클러치 카바에 대한 다이아프램 스프링의 상대적인 회전운동을 저지하게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 클러치 카바 조립체.
  2. 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 있어서, 다이아프램 스프링에다 그 안쪽둘레에서부터 반경방향의 바깥쪽으로 뻗는 방사상의 슬리트를 형성하고, 각 슬리트의 반경방향의 외측 끝부분을 원둘레 방향으로 넓게 구멍이 나게 해서 상기 탭의 절곡가공장치가 드나들 수 있는 상기 개구부를 형성하고, 각 개구부의 원둘레 방향의 길이를 동일하게 하고, 각 탭의 원둘레 방향의 길이를 동일하게 한 클러치 카바 조립체.
  3. 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 있어서, 상기 와이어링이 원통형태의 바깥 둘레의 면을 구비하고 있고, 상기 와이어링의 끝부분이 원통형태의 바깥둘레의 면에 있어서 상기 탭측의 가상자리와 상기 개구부의 안쪽 가상자리에 맞닿아 있게 되어 있으며, 탭측의 가상자리에 맞닿아 있는 와이어링의 끝부분이 탭측의 가상자리에 따라 대략 축방향으로 뻗어 있는 클러치 카바 조립체.
