자동차용 디스크형 마찰 클러치의 비틀림 감쇄 장치

제 1 도는 제 2 도의 Ⅰ-Ⅰ선을 따라 취한 본 발명에 따른 비틀림 댐퍼의 절결 부분 단면도, 제 2 도는 제 1 도의 Ⅱ-Ⅱ굴곡선을 따라 취한 축방향 단면도, 제 3 도는 본 발명에 따른 센터링 부쉬의 단편 사시도.

Claims (5)

  1. 예정된 각도 변위의 한계치내에서 서로에 대해 각도적으로 이동가능한 라이닝 지지판 및 허브를 포함하며, 상기 지지판과 허브는 연속적으로 작동하도록 배열된 두개의 비틀림 감쇄 장치에 의해 함께 결합되고, 그 중의 하나 즉 제 1 장치 또는 예비 댐퍼는 상기 각도 변위를 허용하는 간극을 갖고 허브상에 장착된 댐퍼판과 서로에 대해 고정되고 댐퍼판의 양쪽에 축방향으로 배치되는 두개의 안내링 및 댐퍼판과 링사이에 원주 방향으로 삽입된 다수의 탄성 각도 변위 수단을 구비하는 다른 것 즉 제 2 장치 또는 주댐퍼보다 약하게 되어 있으며, 합체된 마찰 수단을 추가로 포함하는 종류의 자동차용 디스크형 마찰 클러치의 비틀림 감쇄 장치에 있어서, 허브를 둘러싸는 부쉬 및 부쉬에 대해 고착되며 안내링의 하나와 주댐퍼의 댐퍼판 중간에서 반경 방향으로 연장하는 면판을 포함하는 센터링 수단이 제공되고, 댐퍼판을 센터링함과 동시에 댐퍼판과 면판 사이에서 축방향으로 돌출하는 축방향 요소가 제공되며, 부쉬의 외주면이 주댐퍼의 안내링중 상기한 하나의 내주 모서리와 마찰 접촉하게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 디스크형 마찰 클러치의 비틀림 감쇄 장치.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 주댐퍼의 안내링의 내부 모서리는 부쉬의 외주면과 접촉하기 위해 외측으로 구부러진 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 디시크형 마찰 클러치의 비틀림 감쇄 장치.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 부쉬는 센터링을 위한 반경 방향 간극을 갖고 허브상에 자유롭게 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 디스크형 마찰 클러치의 비틀림 감쇄 장치.
  4. 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 부쉬는 허브 둘레에 예정된 간극을 갖고 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 디스크형 마찰 클러치의 비틀림 감쇄 장치.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 면판은 또한 그 단부면이 주댐퍼의 댐퍼판의 인접면과 접촉을 이루는 축방향으로 연장하는 스페이서를 가지며, 예비 댐퍼는 스페이서에 의해 규정된 공간내에서 면판과 주댐퍼의 댐퍼판 중간에 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 디스크형 마찰 클러치의 비틀림 감쇄 장치.
