Abstract

플렉시블 플레이트(3)는 엔진에서 토오크를 크랭크축(4)으로부터 플라이휠 본체(2)로 전달하되 축방향으로의 진동을 흡수하며, 제1디스크 요소(7) 및 제2디스크 요소(8)를 포함한다. 제1디스크 요소(7)는 크랭크축(4)의 선단에 고정되어 있다. 제2디스크 요소(8)의 내주 부위는 제1디스크 요소(7)에 연결되어 있으며, 이들 양자는 각각의 내주 부위에서 크랭크축(4)에 연결되어 있다. 제2디스크 요소(8)의 외주 부위는 반경방향으로 제1디스크 요소(7)보다 길며 플라이휠 본체(2)에 연결되어 있다. 제2디스크 요소(8)는 축방향으로 유연하게 변형될 수 있다.

제1도는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 플렉시블 플레이트를 나타내는 측단면도이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 엔진에서 토오크를 크랭크축으로부터 다른 부품으로 전달하면서 축방향 진동을 흡수하는 플렉시블 플레이트로서 크랭크축의 선단에 연결된 제1디스크 요소; 그리고 축방향으로 유연하게 변형될 수 있으며 그의 내주 부위가 상기 제1디스크 요소에 연결된 제2디스크 요소를 포함하며; 상기 제1디스크 요소 및 제2디스크 요소의내주 부위는 상기 크랭크축에 연결되어 있고; 그리고 상기 제2디스크 요소의 외주 부위는 반경방향으로 상기 제1디스크 요소보다 길며 다른 부품들에 고정될 수 있는 플렉시블 플레이트.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1디스크 요소는 환상 돌출부를 가지며 그의 내측 부위는 상기 크랭크축의 선단이 외주 가장자리에 접촉된 플렉시블 플레이트.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2디스크 요소의 내주 부위를 상기 크랭크축의 선단에 고정하기 위한 제1고정 요소를 더욱 포함하는 플렉시블 플레이트.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 제1 및 제2디스크 요소는 판상 금속으로 구성된 플렉시블 플레이트.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2디스크 요소를 상호 고정하기 위한 제2고정 요소를 더욱 포함하는 플렉시블 플레이트.
