Claims (13)

  1. 그람음성균의 접촉성의 리포다당류 분자상에서 혈청형 결정인자와 특성적으로 반응하는 인체 단크론항체.
  2. 그람음성균이 엔테로박테리아세, 박테로이다세 또는 슈도모나다세과의 한 멤버인 청구범위 1에 의거한 인체 단크론 항체.
  3. 적어도 두 인체 단크론 항체를 함유하는 조성물, 상기 단크론 항체의 각각은 다른 그람음성균의 리포다당류 분자상에서 혈청형 결정인자와 반응한다.
  4. 엔테로박테리아세, 박테로이다세 또는 슈도모나다세균과의 한혈청형 결정인자와 반응하는 인체 단크론항체인 청구범위 3에 의거한 조성물.
  5. 상기 단크론 항체가 동일한 균종의 다른 혈청형과 반응하는 청구범위 4에 따르는 조성물.
  6. 상기 종이 슈도모나스 에루기노자이며, 상기 항체가 피셔면역형 1내지 7의 적어도 2의 라포다당류와 반응하는 청구범위 5에 의거한 조성물.
  7. 청구범위 1,2,3,4,5 또는 6과 병리학적으로 허용되는 담체의 조성물로 구성되는 약학적 조성물.
  8. 그람음성균의 접촉성 리포다당류 분자상의 혈청형 결정인자와 특성적으로 반응하는 인체 단크론 항체를 분비하는 불멸변형 인체 임파세포선.
  9. 그람음성균이 엔테로박테리아세, 박테로이다세 또는 슈도모나다세과의 한 멤버인 청구범위 8에 의거한 세포선.
  10. 상기 그람 음성균이 슈도모나 에루기노자의 패셔 면역형인 청구범위 9에 의거한 세포선.
  11. A.T.C.C. 번호 CRL 8562, CRL 8752, CRL 8753, CRL 8754, CRL 8795, CRL8796또는 CRL8797의 하나인 청구범위 10에 따르는 세포선.
  12. 청구범위 1,2,3,4 또는 5항의 어느 것에 의거한 조성물의 예방제 또는 치료제 양을 포유동물의 숙주에 투여하는 것으로 이루어지는 균에 이환된 포유동물 숙주를 치료하는 방법.
  13. 균에 이환 또는 감수성인 포유동물 숙주를 치료하는 방법. 이는 청구범위 6항의 어느 것에 따르는 조성물의 상기 숙주에 대한 예방제 또는 치료학적 양을 투여하는 것으로 구성된다.
