Claims (10)

  1. 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 난용성 히드로피리딘 1중량부, 물에 쉽게 용해되는 충전재 1내지 20중량부 및 필요에 따라서, 통상의 보조제 및 부형제를 함유하고, 생물학적 유효성을 증진시키는 고상 디히드로피리딘 제제물.
    (상기 식중, R1는 C2-C3-알콕시에 의해 임의로 치환된 C1-C4-알킬기이고, R2는 C1-C3-알콕시, 트리플루오로메틸 또는 N-메틸-N-벤질 아미노기에 의해 임의로 치환된 C1-C10-알킬기이고, R3는 C1-C4-알킬, 시아노 또는 히드록시메틸기이고, X는 2-또는 3-니트로, 2,3-디클로로 또는 2,3위치에서 =N-O-N=로 되는 고리임.)
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 락토오즈 및 만니톨로 되는 군중에서 선택된 물에 쉽게 용해되는 충전재를 함유하는 디히드로피리딘 제제물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅰ)(여기에서, R1및 R2는 항상 서로가 상이한 것임)의 디히드로피리딘을 함유하는 디히드로피리딘 제제물.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항에 있어서, 난용성 디히드로피리딘 1중량부와 물에 쉽게 용해되는 충전재 2내지 15중량부를 함유하는 디히드로피리딘 제제물.
  5. 제1항 내지 4항에 있어서, 니트렌디핀, 니졸디핀 또는 니모디핀을 함유하는 디히드로피리딘 제제물.
  6. 제1항 내지 5항에 있어서, 과립제 형태의 제제물.
  7. 일반식(Ⅰ)의난용성 디히드로피리딘 1중량부와 물에 쉽게 용해되는 충전재 1.0내지 20중량부를 보조제 및 부형제와 함께 조립화시키고, 필요에 따라서 이 과립을 추가로 처리해서 통상의 투여 형태로 제제함을 특징으로 하는 제1항에 의한 제제물의 제조방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 디히드로피리딘 1중량부를 물에 쉽게 용해되는 충전재 2내지 15중량부와 전분, 셀룰로오즈, PVP 및 실리카와 함께조립기 중에서 습식 조립화시키고, 생성된 과립을 통상의 투여 형태로 전환시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 순환기관 질병을 치료하기 위한 제1항의 디히드로피리딘 제제물의 용도.
  10. 하기일반식(Ⅱ)의 일리덴 화합물을 저급 지방족 알코올(탄소 원자수 1-4개임)의 존재하에, 40°-100℃사이의 온도에서, 일반식(Ⅲ)의 엔아민 화합물과 반응시켜서, 얻은 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 1중량부를 물에 쉽게 용해되는 보조제 1내지 20중량부, 필요에 따라서 기타 보조제 및 부형제를 사용하여, 생물학적 유효성이 증진된 제제물로 전환시킴을 특징으로 하는 제1항 내지 6항에 의한 제제물의 제조방법.
