Claims (2)

  1. 같은 분자량의 L-라이신(Ⅱ)(또는 DL-라이신)과 5-(파리-클로로벤조일)-1,4-디메틸-피롤-2-초산(Ⅰ)을 물 또는 물과 알코올의 혼합물존재하에서, 0°-100℃온도 범위내에서 반응시켜 생성되는 염을 농축 또는 용액을 냉각시켜서 혹은 그것을 비용매 처리시켜서, 분리함을 특징으로 하는 구조식(A)화합물의 제조방법.
  2. 진통작용을 가졌으며, 악성종양, 일반외과수술, 구강수술, 정형외과수술, 골관절염에서 생긴 급만성 통증 또는 각종 원인에서 오는 두통을 치료하는데 적당한 약제학적인 조성물.
