Claims (10)

  1. 니페디핀 1중량부, β-차페제 0.5 내지 10중량부 및 필요에 따라서, 통상의 보조제 및 부형제를 함유하고, 생물학적 유효성을 증진시키는 고상조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 아세부톨룰, 아테놀룰, 나돌룰, 프로프라놀룰, 핀돌룰 및 티몰롤로 되는 군 중에서 선택된 β-차페제를 하는 함유하는 혼합제.
  3. 제1항내지 제2항에 있어서, β-차페제로서 아세부톨을 함유하는 혼합제
  4. 제1항내지 제2항에 있어서, β-차페제로서 아테놀롤을 함유하는 혼합제
  5. 제1항내지 제4항에 있어서,니페디핀 1중량부와 β-차페제 1내지 5중량부를 함유하는 혼합제.
  6. 제1항내지 제5항에 있어서, 과립제, 정제, 래커를 입힌 정제 또는 코우팅된 정제형태의 혼합제.
  7. 니페디핀 1중량부와β-차페제 0.5내지10주량부를 보조제 및 부형제와 함께 조리화시키고, 필요에 따라서, 이 과립을 추가로 처리해서 통상의 투여형태로 제제함을 특징으로 하는 제1항의 혼합제의 제조방법.
  8. 제6항에있어서,니페디핀1중량부와β-차페제 1내지 5중량부를 전분, 셀룰로오즈, 필요에 따라서 기타 통상의 보조제와 함께 조립기중에서 습식조리화시키고, 생성된 과립을 통상의 투여형태로 전환시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 하기 일반식(∏)의 일린덴화합물을 용매로서 저급알코올(탄소원자수 1내지 4개), 적합하기로는 이 소프로판을 존재하에 0°~40℃ 사이의 온도에서, 일반식(Ⅲ)의 엔아민 화합물과 반응시키고, 생성된 니페디핀을 제7항에 의하여, 적합한 투여형태로 전환시킴을 특징으로 하는 제1항의 혼합제의 제조방법.
  10. 순환기관 길병을 치료하기 위한 제1항의 혼합제의 용도.
