Claims (21)

  1. 판유리에 이용 가능하며 두께가 얇은 층, 특히 조도저항 및 마찰 저항과 같은 표면특성이 있는 층을 적어도 1개이상 포함하는 고도의 광학적 특성을 가진 플라스틱박판을 연속적으로 제조하는 방법에 있어서 이러한 층을 분무속도에 비례하여 상대적으로 균일하게 전진하는 수평면지지물 위에 반응성분으로 구성된 혼합물을 고속으로 원심분무하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  2. 1항에 있어서, 원심분무에 의하여 얻은 제1층 위에 제2층을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 제2층을 에너지흡수 특성을 가진 층을 형성할 수 있는 반응성분의 혼합물을 반응주입시켜서 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 반응성분 혼합물의 고속원심분무를 평면지지물 위에 이미 형성되어 있는 제1플라스틱층 위에서 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 이미 형성된 층을 에너지 흡수특성을 가진 층을 형성할 수 있는 반응성분의 혼합물을 반응주입하여 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제3항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 에너지 흡수 특성을 가진 층을 이소시안산 성분과 활성 수소성분, 특히 폴리올성분의 반응혼합물을 반응주입하여 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중 한 항에 있어서, 원심분무를 1000 내지 80000회전/분의 속도로 회전하는 보올을 이용하여 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중 한 항에 있어서, 반응 성분의 혼합을 분무헤드 내에서 직접 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항중 한 항에 있어서, 폴리우레탄, 특히 내열성 폴리우레탄층을 형성할 수 있는 반응 혼합물을 분무하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제1항 내지 제8항중 한 항에 있어서, 에너지 흡수 특성을 가진 폴리우레탄 층을 형성할 수 있는 반응혼합물을 분무하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 제1항 내지 제10항중 한 항에 있어서, 분무되는 반응혼합물에 내핑제가 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  12. 제1항 내지 제11항중 한 항에 있어서, 원심분무가 정전기 적인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  13. 제1항 내지 제12항중 한 항에 있어서, 그 위에서 원심분무를 실시하는 평면지지물이 플라스틱박판의 구성분내에 들어가는 연질지지물인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 연질지지물이 에틸렌글리콜 폴리테레프탈산으로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  15. 판유리에 이용가능하며 두께가 얇은층, 특히 조도조항 및 마찰저항과 같은 표면특성이 있고 반응성분의 혼합물을 평면지지물 위에 원심분무하여 얻는 층이 적어도 1개이상 포함되어 있는 고도의 광학적 특성을 가진 플라스틱 박판을 연속적으로 제조하는 장치에 있어서, 분무수단에 비례하여 이동하는 평면지지물(2,27)과, 평면지지물 아래에 배치되어 고속으로 회전하는 헤드가 달린 적어도 하나 이상의 분무기(9)로 구성되는 분무 수단과, 형성된 층을 중합화시키는 수단(11)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 고속으로 회전하는 헤드가 달린 분무기에 1000 내지 80000회전/분의 속도로 회전하는 보올(16)이 포함되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  17. 제15항 또는 제16항에 있어서, 장치의 전체가 격실(4,7,10)로 분할된 긴 케이싱내에 들어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  18. 제15항 내지 제17항중 한 항에 있어서, 제2층(34)을 제조하는 수단(33, 35, 36, 39)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 제2층을 제조하는 수단에 가느다란 홈이 파인 주입 헤드(36)가 포함되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  20. 제1항 내지 제14항중 한 항의 방법을 실시하여 얻은 고도의 광학적 특성을 가진 플라스틱박판.
  21. 제20항에 의한 플라스틱박판이 적어도 1개 이상 포함되어 있는 판유리.
