가요성 다층필름으로 제조된 음료용기 특히 음료주머니
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 압력탱크로서 전개되고, 이산화탄소 함유 음료를 충입하도록 한정되어 있으며 원통형 중앙 부분이 달려 있으며, 전 둘레에 걸쳐 끼움 접합에 의해 양쪽 전단부에 용접되어 있는 필름천과 바닥부분으로 만들어진, 투시도로본 음료용기. 제2도는 주머니에 충진후 안으로 용접된 바닥 상부를 통하여 제1도의 Ⅱ-Ⅱ선을 횡으로 절단한 횡단면도. 제3도는 필름천과 바닥부분으로 만들어지고 정면부에 안으로 용접된 원통형 중앙부분을 가진 음료용기의 또 다른 모형의 측면도; 바닥부분은 중앙부분에서 떨어져서 이들면상에서 접시형 부분으로 전개되어 있다.

Claims (9)

  1. 액체의 침투가 불가능한 용접 가능한 플라스틱로된 내부층과 향미가 달아나는 것을 방지하기에 충분히 견고한 중간층으로 구성되며, 그 한쪽으로 바닥내용접-자체 내포된 중앙부분이 있는 가요성 다층 필름으로 만들어진 음료용기, 특히 이산화탄소를 함유하는 음료를 내부에 충입키 위한 압력탱크로 구성되며 중앙부(11, 21)가 양쪽 단부상에 내용접바닥부분(13, 13′; 23, 23′)을 자체 내포하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 음료주머니.
  2. 그 양단부상의 중앙부(11, 21)를 밀폐하는 바닥부분(13, 13′; 23, 23′)들이 다른 부분과 동일한 물성이거나 적어도 균등물질임을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 제1항에 따른 음료용기.
  3. 중앙부분(11, 21)이 적어도 하나의 필름천으로 만들어지고 튜브형을 이루며 용기의 세로 방향으로 뻗어 있는 가장자리를따라 세로로 용접 이음매(12, 22) 로 용접됨을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 제1항 및 제2항에 따른 음료용기.
  4. 중앙부분의 세로방향 용접 이음메(12, 22)와/혹은 바닥부분(13, 13′;23, 23′)을 중앙부분과 연결하는 용접 이음메(14, 14′; 24, 24′)들이 끼움 접합으로 전개되고 단지 용기의 내부 압력에 의해서 “밀리는 힘”이 당겨지기만 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 제1항 및 제3항중의 하나에 따른 음료용기.
  5. 바닥부분(13, 13′;23, 23′)이 가장자리 테두리(15,25)를 가진 모든 둘레에 걸쳐 있으며, 가장자리 테두리에 의해서, 중앙부분(11, 21)이 필름천이 가장자리에 인접되게 용접됨을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 제1항 내지 제4항중의 하나에 따른 음료용기.
  6. 바닥부분(13, 13′;23, 23′)이 이들의 가장자리 테두리(15, 25)에 의해서 정면에서 중앙부분(11, 21)으로 넣어지는 것과 바닥부분들이 중앙 부분내로 용접되어 가장자리 테두리(35, 45)가 중앙부분(31, 41)의 내부를 가리키게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 제5항에 따른 음료용기.
  7. 바닥부분(43, 43′)들이 그 면상에 접시형 부분으로 전개되며 중앙부분(41)에서 떨어져 있음을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 제5항이나 제6항에 따른 음료용기.
  8. 바닥부분(43, 43′)중의 하나가 중앙부분(41)의 일측에서 떨어져서, 중앙부분에 용접되고, 그와 같은 방법으로 이 바닥(43′)의 중간부분은 충전 액체에 의해 기인되는 내부 압력의 발생으로 말미암아 외부로 향하여 둥글게 튀어나오고, 중앙부분의 정면에서는 돌출되지 않음을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 제1항 내지 제7항중의 어느 하나에 따른 음료용기.
  9. 중앙부분(21, 31, 41)이 그 세로축에 관하여 로타리형으로 대칭되게, 특히 원통형으로 전개되며, 따라서 그 바닥부분은 내부로 용접된 테두리에 인접하여 반구형(43, 43′)으로 전개됨을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 제1항 내지 제8항중의 하나에 따른 음료용기.
