Claims (9)
- 다음 일반식(Ⅱ)의 보호된 스페르구알린(Spergualin)관련 화합물로 부터 보호기를 제거함을 특징으로 하여 다음 일반식(Ⅰ)의 페닐렌기를 갖는 스페르구알린 관련 화합물과 그 염을 제조하는 방법.상기에서, R1은 히드록시메틸기로 치환될 수 있는 저급알킬렌기; X는 수소원자 또는 할로겐원자; m과 n은 각각 0 또는 1내지 5의 정수; R′1은 히드록시기가 보호 히드록시일수 있는 히드록시메틸기로 치환 가능한 저급알킬렌기; R2는 아미노보호기; 또는 R5는 보호된 아미노기이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, R1이 메틸렌기 또는 히드록시메틸기로 치환된 메틸렌기이고, 또 R′1가 메틸렌기 또는 2보호된 히드록시메틸기로 치환된 메틸렌기인 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, m이 0이고 또 n이 2내지 5의 정수인 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, R′1중 히드록시기의 보호기가 치환기를 갖을 수 있는 벤질기; 치환기를 갖을 수 있는 벤질옥시카르보닐기; 아실기; t-부틸기; 트리페닐메틸기; 피란일기 또는 p-메틸페닐설포닐기인 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, R1의 아미노기의 보호기와 R2가 입의 치환된 C1-C5아실기; 페닐 모노-또는 디-카르보닐기; 입의 치환된 C1-C5알콕시카르보닐기; 입의 치환된 C1-C5알킬기; 입의 치환된 페닐디오; 입의 치환된 C1-C5알킬티오; 또는 입의 치환된 페닐설포닐기인 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 보호기의 제거방법이 환원, 가수분해, 산분해 또는 히드라직 분해인 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응을 -50°C 내지 150°C 용매중에서 잰행시키는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, R′1가 메틸렌기 또는 히드록시메틸기로 치환된 메틸렌기로서 이때 히드록시기는 벤질기; 벤질옥시카보닐기; 아세틸기; t-부틸기; 트리페닐메틸기; 2-피란일기; 또는 p-메틸페닐설포닐기로 보호될 수 있으며 또 R1의 아미노기의 보호기와 R2가 포르밀기 또는 트리플루오로아세탈기; 벤조일기 또는 프탈릴기; t-부톡시카르보닐기, 1-메틸에톡시카르보닐기 또는 1-에틸프로폭시카르보닐기; 비치환 벤질옥시카르보닐기 또는 메톡시기, 할로겐원자, 니트로기, 페닐아조기 또는 메틸기로 치환된 페닐아조기로 치환된 벤질옥시카르보닐기; 벤질기 또는 트리페닐멘틸기; o-니트로페닐티오기; 트리페닐메틸티오기; 또는 p-메틸페닐설포닐인 제조방법.
- 다음 일반식(Ⅱ)의 보호된 스페르구알린 관련화합물로 부터 보호기를 제거함을 특징으로 하여 다음 일반식 (Ⅰ′)의 스페르구알린 관련화합물과 그 비독성염을 제조하는 방법.상기에서, R8은 수소원자 또는 히드록시메틸기; R′8는 수소원자 또는 보호된 히드록시메틸기; R2는 아미노 보호기; 또는 R3는 보호된 아미노기이다.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
