Claims (15)

  1. 스포츠와 경기장용으로 파일드레드의 자유단이 채우는 물질위로 돌출되도록 상기한 파일드레드 사이에 자유유동물질 특히 모래를 채운, 인조잔디에 있어서, 상기한 채우는 물질(16)이 결합제에 의하여 상기한 파일드레드(18)에 고착된 것을 특징으로 하는 인조잔디.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 자유유동물질인 채우는 물질(16)의 표면에 결합제가 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 인조잔디.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 결합제가 채우는 물질(16)의 표면위에 뿌려져 하나의 층을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인조잔디.
  4. 제1항에서 제3항 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 결합제가 수용성인 것을 특징으로 하는 인조잔디.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 결합제가 셀룰로오스 에테르 또는 카제인인 것을 특징으로 하는 인조잔디.
  6. 제1항에서 제3항 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 결합제가 물에 불용성인 것을 특징으로 하는 인조잔디.
  7. 제1항, 제2항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 결합제가 채우는 물질(16)의 전영역에 대하여 상기한 채우는 물질(16)의 전영역에 대하여 상기한 채우는 물질(16)의 자유유동물질과 혼합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 인조잔디.
  8. 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 물에 불용성인 결합체가 PVC분말, PET분말, 용해섬유, 용매에 분산된 수성합성수지 또는 합성수지중 한 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 인조잔디.
  9. 제1항에서 제8항 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 채우는 물질(16)인 자유유동물질이 모래, 특히 건조한 모래, 코르크, 분말형태의 고무, 섬유질 또는 과립물질, 코르크와 같은 과립플라스틱물질, 직물섬유재료 중 한 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 인조잔디.
  10. 제6항에서 제9항 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 물에 불용성인 결합제가 수용성 성분인 혼합물의 성분으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 인조잔디.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 결합제를 포함하는 혼합물의 수용성 성분이 거친 소금인 것을 특징으로 하는 인조잔디.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 채우는 물질인 자유유동물질이 인조잔디의 파일내에 분포된 후 상기한 자유유동 물질이 결합제에 의하여, 파일드레드에 고착되게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 인조잔디 제조방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 채우는 물질인 자유유동물질이 결합제에 의하여 파일드레드에 고착되게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  14. 제12항에 있어서, 채우는 물질의 자유유동물질이 결합제와 혼합된 후 파일드레드 사이에 분포되고, 그다음 결합제가 열에 의하여 활성화 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  15. 제12항에 있어서, 결합체가 물에 불용성인 결합제와 수용성 성분으로 구성된 혼합물의 성분으로 구성되어 있고 이 혼합물이 채우는 물질의 자유유동물질과 혼합되어 결합제를 포함하고 있는 혼합물의 수용성 성분이 결합제가 활성화 될때 채우는 물질로 씻겨지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
