Claims (12)
- 담체 기체중의 미세한 고체 휘발성 주석화합물의 현탁제를 열유리 표면에 적용시켜, 유리상에 적외선 반사용 불소함유 산화주석 피복물을 생성시키는 방법에 있어서,주석 화합물로 염소와 불소를 모드 함유하는 무기주석(Ⅳ)화합물을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 사용되는 주석화합물에 다음 일반식(Ⅰ)의 헥사할로 스타네이트임을 특징으로 하는 방법.Y2(SnHal6)n(Ⅰ)상기식에서, Y는 헥사할로 스타네이트가 열 유리상에서 분해할때 고체잔사를 생성시키지 않는 양이온이고, n은 양이온의 원자가이며, Hal은 할로겐을 나타내며, 상기 화합물(Ⅰ)은 염소와 불소를 모두 함유한다.
- 제2항에 있어서, 주석화합물에 존재하는 할로겐중에서 작은 원자 비율로 존재하는 것이 불소이고 나머지가 염소임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, Y가 암모늄 이온임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 암모늄 이온이 하나 이상의 유기 그룹에 의해 치환됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 사용되는 주석화합물이 일반식(Ⅱ)의 암모늄 헥사할로스타네이트임을 특징으로 하는 방법.(NH4)2SnHal6(Ⅱ)상기식에서, Hal은 할로겐이며, 이 화합물(Ⅱ)에서 존재하는 할로겐중 작은 원자 비율의 것이 불소이고, 나머지는 염소이다.
- 제6항에 있어서, 사용되는 고체 암모늄 헥사할로 스타네이트가 각 주석 원자당 평균 0.1내지 2개의 불소원자를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 사용되는 무기주석(Ⅳ)화합물이 일반식(Ⅲ)의 부가물임을 특징으로 하는 방법.L2SnHal4(Ⅲ)상기식에서 Hal은 할로겐이며, 존재하는 할로겐중에서 작은 비율로 존재하는 것이 불소이고 나머지는 염소이며, L은 1좌(ㅡ坐)리간드이다.
- 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 담체 기체가 수증기를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 사용되는 무기주석 화합물이 최대 입자크기 100미크론 이하의 미세한 형태임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 미세한 주석 화합물을 담체 기체류중에 현탁시키고, 주석화합물을 함유하는 담체 기체를 열유리 표면상에 적용시켜, 유리상에 적외선 반사용 피복물을 형성시키는 방법에 있어서, 수용액중에서 치환 또는 비치환된 암모늄이온,주석(Ⅳ)이온, 불소이온 및 염소이온의 공급원을, 존재하는 할로겐중에서 작은 비율로 존재하는 것이 불소인 암모늄 헥사할로스타네이트를 생성시킬 수 있는 비율로 혼합하고, 생성된 용액으로 부터 고체를 침적시켜, 침적된 고체를 회수한 후, 이 고체를 미세한 분말상태로 분쇄함으로써 미세한 주석화합물을 제조함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 적외선 반사용 불소-함유 산화 주석피복물로 피복된 유리에 있어서, 피복물을 제1항 내지 제11항의 방법중 어느 한 방법에 의해 생성시킴을 특징으로 하는 유리.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
