COMPRENDE: A) FORMAR UNA PASTA ACUOSA DE TIO2 RUTILO; B) CALENTAR LA PASTA HASTA 45-70JC; C) AGITARLA, AÑADIENDO FLUORURO SOLUBLE EN CANTIDAD SUFICIENTE PARA PRODUCIR UNA CONCENTRACION DE IONES FLUORURO DE 0,05 A 2% SOBRE EL PESO DEL TIO2, O UNA CANTIDAD SUFICIENTE DE UNO O MAS DE NA7 CE6 F31, K7 CE6 F31, LI7 CE6 F31 O (NH4)7 CE6 F31 PARA DAR UNA CONCENTRACION DE 0,5-5% SOBRE EL PESO DEL TIO2; D) PRECIPITAR ALUMINA SOBRE EL TIO2, MANTENIENDO UN PH DE 6,5 A 9, MEDIANTE LA ADICION DE ALUMINATO SODICO A LA PASTA HASTA ALCANZAR UNA CONCENTRACION DEL 1 AL 8% SOBRE EL PESO DE LA PASTA; E) SEPARAR EL PIGMENTO RESULTANTE DEL LIQUIDO. ESTE PIGMENTO UTILIZADO EN LA FABRICACION DE UN ESTRATIFICADO DE PAPEL, CONFIERE A ESTE SOLIDES A LA LUZ ULTRAVIOLETA.
