도면의 주요부분에 대한 부호의 설명
1:포대밀봉장치, 2:예비냉각장치, 3:계량송출장치, 4‥충전밸브, 5:충전장치, 57:실절단장치 60:포대공급 이송장치, 61:냉각수조, 62:들어올림 장치, 80:측부벨트, 92:무단(武斷)체인, 95:밀봉장치, 116:공기취입관(吹入管), 151:수류(水流), A:포장포대, B:냉각장치.

Claims (3)

  1. 용융된 고온의 고조도 조성물을 소요점도를 유지하는 온도에까지 예비냉각하고, 이어서 합성수지제 포장포대의 외부면을 물로 냉각하면서 그 포대내에 상기 예비 냉각된 고도조 조성물의 소정량을 총전하고 충전후 그 포대의 개구부를 가열밀봉하여, 밀봉후 즉시 수조내에 투입냉각하며, 이어서 냉각된 포장포대를 들어올려 반송케 하는것을 특징으로 하는 고조도 조성물의 밀봉방법.
  2. 용융된 고온의 고조도 조성물을 소요온도로 냉각하는 예비 냉각장치와, 예비 냉각된 상기 조성물을 계량하여 송출하는 계량 송울장치 및 송출된 상기 조성물을 합성수지제의 포장포대에 주입하는 충전밸브와 그 포장포대를 차례로 공급하는 포대공급 이송장치 및 충전된 포장포대를 냉각하는 냉각수조와 그 수조내의 포장포대를 들어올려서 이송하는 들어올림 장치가 차례로 배치되고, 충전 밸브에는 주입노즐의 토출구 폐쇄시 그 토출구로 부터의 고조도 조성물의 밑으로 늘어짐을 방지하는 실(絲)절단장치 및 매어달린 포장포대를 개구하기 위한 공기 불어넣기 노즐이 나란히 설치되고, 포대공급 이송장치에서 포장포대의 개구부를 협지하는 클립을 소정 간격마다에 부착시킨 좌우쌍을 이루는 무단체인 및 상기 클립에 의행 밑으로 늘어진 포장포대를 협지하여 무단체인과 동기하여 이행하는 협지용 측부벨트와, 포장포대를 냉각하는 냉각장치를 구비하고, 또한 포장포대 이행위치에는 상기 충전밸트 및 포장포대 개구부를 가열 밀봉하는 밀봉부재가 대향 설치되며, 냉각수조에는 투입된 포장포대를 들어 올림장치측에 인도하기 위한 수류가 형된 것을 특징으로 하는 고조도 조성물의 밀봉장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서 합성수지제 포대는 에치렌, 초산비닐 공중합체와 저밀도 폴리에치렌의 혼합수지를 팽창법에 의해 제조된 바닥이 있는 통형태 필름인 것을 특징으로 하는 고조도 조성물의 밀봉장치.
