Claims (26)
- 유효량의 내마모성 충진제를 함유하는 실리콘기부 피복조성물을 기부 직물재료 한 면 이상에 피복하는 것을 특징으로 하여 기부 직물재료의 인열강도와 난연성을 증진시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실리콘 기부 피복조성물로 피복된 기부 직물재료 한 면 이상을 내흡진성 피복조성물로 처리하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 기부 직물재료를 면, 폴리에스테르, 나일론 및 유리직물에 선택한 재료로 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 기부 직물재료가 유리직물인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 기부 직물재료를 적층 및 강화플라스틱으로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택하는 방법.

- 제2항에 있어서, 방오성 피복조성물이 a) 다음 일반식의 액상 비닐말단 폴리실록산;상기의 일반식에서, R 및 R1은 지방족으로 포화된 1가 탄화수소 래디칼이고, R1은 그룹의 50몰 %이상이 메틸이며, n은 25℃에서 점도를 500centipoise까지 제공하기에 충분한 값이다.b) (R2)3SiO0·5단위 및 SiO2단위로 이루어진 수지상 오가노폴리실록산 공중합체(여기서, R2는 지방족으로 포화된 1가 탄화수소 래디칼과 비닐 래디칼로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택하며, SiO2단위에 대한 (R2)3SiO0·5의 비율의 범위는 약 0.5:1 내지 약 1:1이며, 실리콘원자의 약 1.5 내지 10몰 %는 실리콘결합 비닐그룹을 함유한다); c) 백금촉매; 및 d) 실리콘결합 비닐그룹당 실리콘결합 수소원자가 약 0.5 내지 약1.0이기에 충분하며, 분자당 2개 이상의 실리콘결합 수소원자가 있는 다음 일반식의 액상 오가노 하니드로겐폴리실록산 (R)a(H)bSiO상기의 일반식에서, R은 상기의 정의와 동일하고, a는 약 1.0내지 약 2.1이며 b는 약 0.1 내지 약 1.0이고, a+b는 약 2.0 내지 약 2.7이다. 으로 이루어지는 방법.

- 제16항에 있어서 ,기부 직물재료가 유리섬유포이고, 실리콘 피복조성물이 탄산칼슘, 수화 알루미나 및 훈증실리카로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택한 내마모성 충진제를 실리콘 기부 피복조성물 내에 중합체 100 중량부당 20 내지 100중량부 함유하는 방법.
- (a) 기부 직물재료 및 (b) 기부 직물재료의 한 면 이상에 피복하여, 유효량의 내마모성 충진제를 함유하는 실리콘 기부 피복조성물로 이루어져 인열강도 및 난연성이 증진된 지붕용 직물막 구조물.
- 제18항에 있어서, 피복조성물이 내흡진성인 구조물.
- 제18항에 있어서, 면 폴리에스테르, 나일론, 유리직물, 적층플라스틱 및 강화플라스틱으로 이루어진 그룹에서 기부 직물재료를 선택하는 구조물.
- 제18항에 있어서, 기부 직물재료가 유리섬유 직물인 구조물.
- 제18항에 있어서, 기부 피복조성물이 반투명하거나, 또는 투명한 실리콘 조성물인 구조물.
- 제18항에 있어서, 내마모성 충진제를 탄산칼슘, 수화알루미나, 훈증실리카, 규산알루미늄, 티탄산칼슘, 규산지르코늄, 카본블랙, 산화하연, 이산화티탄, 산화 제2철, 실리카에어로겔, 침강실리카 규산칼슘, 산화크롬, 황화카드뮴, 리토폰, 탈크, 산화마그네슘과 흑연 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택한 구조물.
