Abstract

La présente invention concerne un revêtement composite anti-brulure et antitache , comprenant une partie supérieure constituée d'au moins un matériau non combustible, et une partie inférieure constituée d'un matériau absorbant.

Description

Revêtement anti-brulure et anti-tache
La présente invention concerne un revêtement pour protéger les sols des brûlures et des taches de graisse générées par les barbecues et les planchas, et également pour protéger les sols intérieurs des brûlures générées par un feu de cheminée ou un foyer ouvert, par exemple lors de l’éclatement des braises.
La plupart des terrasses extérieures et balcons sont en bois, en pierres naturelles ou en matières plastiques, ce qui les rend sensibles aux taches de graisses et/ou aux brûlures générées par l’utilisation d’un barbecue ou d’une plancha (éclatement de braises, projections de graisse, et chute d’aliments). On peut utiliser du papier journal ou des cartons pour protéger le sol, mais la protection ainsi conférée est limitée, l’esthétique est douteuse et la résistance au feu n’est pas satisfaisante. On peut également utiliser des torchons, des moquettes ou des feutres, mais là encore la protection est limitée et la résistance au feu tout aussi limitée.
Par ailleurs, certains sols intérieurs sont en bois, en moquettes, ou en matières plastiques, ce qui les rend sensibles aux brûlures générées par un feu de cheminée ou un foyer ouvert (éclatement de braises).
Il existe donc un besoin pour un moyen de protéger efficacement les sols extérieurs des brûlures et/ou des taches générées par l’utilisation d’un barbecue ou d’une plancha. Il existe également un besoin pour protéger efficacement les sols intérieurs des brûlures générées par l’utilisation d’une cheminée ou d’un foyer ouvert.
La présente invention a pour objet un revêtement apte à protéger efficacement les sols extérieurs des brûlures et/ou des taches générées par l’utilisation d’un barbecue ou d’une plancha, et apte à protéger efficacement les sols intérieurs des brûlures générées par l’utilisation d’une cheminée ou d’un foyer ouvert.
En particulier, le revêtement de l’invention supporte les chutes de braises ou d’aliments enflammés, tout en absorbant les projections de graisse lors de la cuisson des aliments au barbecue ou à la plancha.
La présente invention a ainsi pour objet un revêtement composite anti-brulure et anti-tache, comprenant une partie supérieure constituée d’au moins un matériau non combustible, et une partie inférieure constituée d’un matériau absorbant.
Le revêtement de l’invention est un revêtement de protection des sols, extérieurs ou intérieurs.
Le revêtement de l’invention est destiné à être déposé sur un sol extérieur, de manière temporaire, sur la zone susceptible d’être brûlée et tachée par l’utilisation d’un barbecue ou d’une plancha.
Le revêtement de l’invention est également destiné à être déposé sur un sol intérieur, de manière temporaire ou définitive, sur la zone susceptible d’être brûlée par un feu de cheminée ou un foyer ouvert.
La partie supérieure est ignifugée et permet ainsi de résister à la chaleur, aux flammes, et aux braises. La partie supérieure permet ainsi d’éviter les brûlures sur le sol et confère son caractère anti-brulure au revêtement de l’invention.
Par « matériau non combustible », on entend qu’un matériau résiste, qu’il ne fond pas et qu’il ne s’enflamme pas rapidement lorsqu’il entre en contact avec des flammes, des braises ou des objets enflammés.
La partie supérieure comprend de préférence des fibres d’au moins un matériau non combustible.
La partie supérieure est de préférence constituée de fibres d’un matériau non combustible. A titre de matériau non combustible adapté, on peut citer par exemple les fibres minérales, telles que les fibres de verre, et les fibres de carbone.
La partie supérieure peut être un tissé, un non tissé, un voile, ou un mat.
Selon un mode de réalisation, la partie supérieure est un matériau constitué de fibres minérales (telles que des fibres de verre) ou de fibres de carbone.
La partie supérieure peut notamment être un non-tissé, un tissé, un mat ou un feutre de fibres minérales, telles que des fibres de verre.

La partie inférieure est absorbante et permet d’absorber les graisses. La partie inférieure permet ainsi d’éviter les taches sur le sol et confère son caractère anti-tache au revêtement de l’invention.
Par « matériau absorbant >>, on entend qu’un matériau est capable d’absorber et de retenir des liquides, tels que des projections de graisses.
La partie inférieure comprend de préférence des fibres d’au moins un matériau absorbant.
La partie inférieure est de préférence constituée de fibres d’un matériau absorbant. A titre de matériau absorbant adapté, on peut citer les fibres de viscose et les fibres de coton ou toute autre fibre non synthétique.
La partie inférieure est de préférence un feutre, typiquement réalisé par aiguilletage, ou bien par d’autres moyens tels que le nappage, l’ouatinage, le tricotage, ou le tissage.
La partie supérieure et la partie inférieure sont solidarisées par un moyen d’assemblage adapté, tel que par aiguilletage, par collage, ou par couture.
Selon une variante de l’invention, le revêtement de l’invention présente en outre un film étanche en dessous de la partie inférieure, afin de rendre le revêtement complètement étanche. A titre de film étanche adapté, on peut citer un film de polyéthylène, de polyester, de polyamide, ou de polyuréthane.
Le revêtement de l’invention se présente typiquement sous la forme d’un tapis, par exemple un tapis rectangulaire, carré, ovale ou circulaire. Les dimensions du tapis sont typiquement comprises de 0,5 m à 2 m de côté. L’épaisseur de la partie supérieure du revêtement est typiquement comprise de 0,5 mm à 3 mm, par exemple de 1 mm à 2 mm. L’épaisseur de la partie inférieure du revêtement est typiquement comprise de 2 mm à 10 mm, par exemple de 4 mm à 8 mm, typiquement de 5 mm à 7 mm.
La présente invention a également pour objet l’utilisation d’un revêtement selon l’invention pour protéger des brûlures et des taches les sols extérieurs lors de la cuisson d’aliments au barbecue ou à la plancha.
La présente invention a également pour objet l’utilisation d’un revêtement selon l’invention pour protéger des brûlures les sols intérieurs lors de la mise en oeuvre d’un feu dans une cheminée ou dans un foyer ouvert.

Claims (9)

  1. REVENDICATIONS
    1. Revêtement composite anti-brulure et anti-tache, comprenant une partie supérieure constituée d’au moins un matériau non combustible, et une partie inférieure constituée d’un matériau absorbant, la partie supérieure a une épaisseur comprise de 0,5 mm à 3 mm et/ou la partie inférieure a une épaisseur comprise de 2 mm à 10 mm.
  2. 2. Revêtement composite selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la partie supérieure comprend des fibres d’au moins un matériau non combustible.
  3. 3. Revêtement composite selon l’une des revendications 1 ou 2, dans lequel la partie supérieure est constituée de fibres minérales, telles que des fibres de verre, ou de fibres de carbone.
  4. 4. Revêtement composite selon l’une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel la partie supérieure est un tissé, un non-tissé, un voile, ou un mat.
  5. 5. Revêtement composite l’une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel la partie inférieure comprend des fibres d’au moins un matériau absorbant.
  6. 6. Revêtement composite l’une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, dans lequel la partie inférieure est constituée de fibres de viscose ou de fibres de coton.
  7. 7. Revêtement composite l’une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, dans lequel la partie inférieure est un feutre.
  8. 8. Utilisation d’un revêtement composite anti-brulure et anti-tache, comprenant une partie supérieure constituée d’au moins un matériau non combustible, et une partie inférieure constituée d’un matériau absorbant, pour protéger des brûlures et des taches les sols extérieurs lors de la cuisson d’aliments au barbecue ou à la plancha.
  9. 9. Utilisation d’un revêtement composite anti-brulure et anti-tache, comprenant une partie supérieure constituée d’au moins un matériau non combustible, et une partie inférieure constituée d’un matériau absorbant, pour protéger des brûlures les sols intérieurs lors de la mise en oeuvre d’un feu dans une cheminée ou dans un foyer ouvert.
