제2도 및 제4도는 본 발명에 의한 형광면 구조의 일례를 표시한 요부단면도, 제3도는 상기 형광면의 형광체와 페이스 플레이트 내면과의 사이에 충전한 투명한 무기물질의 굴절율과 형광이 페이스 플레이트를 투과하는 투과율과의 관계를 표시한 도면, 제5도는 상기 형광면의 형광체와 페이스 플레이트 내면과의 사이에 충전된 투명한 무기물질의 굴절율과 외래광이 페이스 플레이트 내면에서 반사되는 반사율과의 관계를 표시한 도면.
Claims (9)
- 기판상에 도형형상 분체도포층을 형성하고, 이 도형형상 분체도포층에 굴절율이 1.2~2.0인 실질적으로 투명한 무기물질을 스며들게 해서, 도형형상 분체도포층과 기판과의 사이에 상기 투명한 무기물질과 분체도포층과의 혼합층을 형성한 도형형상 분체도포층의 광학적 접착성 향상방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 도형형상 분체도포층은, 수용성방향족 디아조늄염으로 된 광점착성 조성물의 도막을 기판상에 형성하는 공정과, 상기 도막상에 소정의 패턴의 화학방사선을 노광하고, 노광후의 도막에 소정의 분체를 접촉시켜 이 분체를 노광부에 부착시키는 것을 적어도 1회 행하는 공정에 의해서 형성되는 도형형상 분체도포층의 광학적 접착성 향상방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 도형형상 분체도포층은 분체의 분산액을 기판에 도포한 후, 상기 분체를 침강시키는 공정에 의해서 형성되는 도형형상 분체도포층의 광학적 접착성 향상방법.
- 제1,2항에 있어서, 상기 기판은 컬러브라운과 페이스 플레이트의 내면이고, 상기 분체도포층은 형광체층 또는 흑색분체층 또는 그 양자인 도형형상 분체도포층의 광학적 접착성 향상방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항에 있어서, 상기 굴절율이 1.2~2.0인 실질적으로 투명한 무기물질은 Si,Zn,Al,In,Sn,Pb,Ti,Zr 의 산화물 또는 수산화물로 된 무리들로부터 선택된 적어도 한가지 실질적으로 투명한 무기물질인 도형형상 분체도포층의 광학적 접착성 향상방법.
- 기판과, 이 기판상에 형성한 도형형상 분체도포층과, 상기 기판 및 도형형상 분체도포층의 사이에 굴절율이 1.2~2.0인 실질적으로 투명한 무기물질을 스며들게 하여 형성한 상기 무기물질층과 분체도포층을 구비한 형광면.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 도형형상 분체도포층은 기판상에 형성한 수용성 방향족 디아조늄염으로 된 광점착성 조성물의 도막상에 정해진 패턴에 소정의 분체를 부착시켜서 형성한 형광면.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 도형형상 분체도포층은 분체의 분산액을 기판상에 도포해서 침강시켜 형성한 형광면.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 굴절율이 1.2∼2.0인 실질적으로 투명한 무기물질은 Si,Zn,Al,In,Sn,Pb,Ti,Zr의 산화물 또는 수산화물로된 무리로부터 선택된 적어도 한가지의 실질적으로 투명한 무기물질인 형광면.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
