Abstract
이 발명는 액정디스플레이용 컬러필터의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 종래의 크롬과 크롬옥사이드막의 형성에 필요한 진공증착설비를 필요로하지 않고, 블랙 매트릭스의 패턴을 형성하는 포토공정을 짧게함으로써 제작비와 시간을 절감할 수 있는 액정디스플레이용 컬러 필터의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

제2도는 이 발명의 실시예에 따른 액정디스플레이용 컬러 필터의 제조방법에 대한 공정 순서도이다.
Claims (4)
- 유리기판에 컬러 필터층 도포, 노광, 현상을 통한 컬러 필터층을 형성하는 (가)단계와, 블랙 매트릭스를 도포하는 (나)단계와, 유리기판의 이래쪽에서 배면 전면 노광하는 (다)단계와, 현상하는 (라)단계와, 투명수지막을 도포하고 투명전극을 형성하는 (마)단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정디스플레이용 컬러 필터의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 (나)단계에서는, 상기한 블랙 매트릭스는 안료가 포함된 감광성 수지를 사용하고, 적ㆍ녹ㆍ청색의 컬러필터층위에 상기한 블랙 매트릭스를 회전도포하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정디스플레이용 컬러 필터의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 (나)단계에서는, 상기한 감광성 수지막은 1∼3㎛로 도포하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정디스플레이용 컬러 필터의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 (다)단계에서는, 전면 노광된 막을 현상 건조하여 블랙 매트릭스 패턴을 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정디스플레이용 컬러 필터의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
