Claims (7)
- 정미 또는 정맥알에 각종 영양소를 혼합하거나 또는 부착시키고, 곡물알 각각을 상온에서는 녹지않으나 가열시에는 녹는기름/지방 또는/및 왁스로 코팅시킨 다음 친수성 유화제로 고팅시키고, 나아가 전분기재코팅제로 코팅시킴을 특징으로 하는 강화미 또는 강화맥의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 친수성 유화제가 HLB 값이 8이상인 슈크로오즈 지방산 에스테르, 소르비탄 지방산 에스테르 및 글리세롤 지방산 에스테르 중의 어느것, 프로테인 또는 식물성 고무임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 친수성 유화제의 코팅량이 최종생성물의 기준으로 해서 약 0.05∼1중량%임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기름/지방 또는/ 및 왁스가 약 40℃∼80℃의 융점을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전분이 원료 그대로의 옥수수전분, 밀 전분 또는 쌀 전분임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 영양소가 수용성비타민, 지용성비타민, 아미노산 또는 무기질임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기름/지방이 경화면실유이고, 왁스가 쌀겨왁스이고, 친수성 유화제가 HLB15의 슈크로오즈 지방산 에스테르이고 전분이 밀전분임을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
