Claims (6)

  1. 각종 영양소를 정미(精米) 또는 정맥(精麥)에 혼합하거나 또는 부착시키고, 상온에서는 녹지 않으나 가열시에는 녹는 기름/지방 및 왁스를 함유하는 유액으로 곡물을 코팅시킴을 특징으로 하는 강화 정미 또는 정맥의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 유액이 기름/지방 100중량부에 대해 약 1 내지 100중량부의 비율로 왁스를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 기름/지방이 계화 목화씨 기름, 계화 쇠기름 또는 계화 평지씨 기름이고 왁스가 쌀겨 왁스, 칸델릴라 왁스, 카르나우바 왁스 또는 밀랍임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 기름/지방 및 왁스의 코팅양이 최종 강화미 또는 강화맥의 중량에 비례하여 약 2내지 7중량%임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 기름/지방 및 왁스 함유 유액의 코팅을 분무 코팅 방법으로 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 영양소가 수용성 비타민류, 지용성 비타민류, 아미노산류 또는 무기물류임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
