Claims (7)
- 로듐염 촉매를 사용하여 러시아리포스핀 존재하에서 6-데메틸-6-데옥시-6-메틸렌-테트라싸이클린이나 이것의 산부가염을 입체선택성 불균일 수소화반응시키거나 또는 터시아리 포스핀 존재하에서 11 a-할로-6-데메틸-6-데옥시-6-메틸렌-테트라싸이클린이나 이것의 산부가염을 동시적으로 할로겐이탈 반응과 입체선택성 수소화 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는-6-데옥시-테트라싸이클린의 제조방법(여기에서 로듐은 아미노 폴리실옥산에 결합되어 로듐의 회수를 용이하게 한다).
- 제1항에 있어서, 생성물은 P-톨루엔설포네이트 염으로 반응혼합물로부터 직접 얻어진다는 것.
- 제1항에 있어서, 터시아리 포스핀은 다음과 같은 구조식을 갖는다는 것.여기에서, R1과 R2는 페닐, 치환된 페닐이나 디메틸 아미노기이고 R3는 페닐, 치환된 페닐, 알킬, 아르알킬, 벤질 또는 디메틸아미노기이다.
- 제3항에 있어서, 터시아리포스핀은 트리페닐포스핀이라는 것.
- 제1항에 있어서, 완전한 반응을 위해 필요한 로듐은 6-메틸렌기질의 몰당 0.1내지 5m㏖ 사이라는 것.
- 제1항에 있어서, 로듐염 촉매들은 질소를 포함하는 기를 통하여 폴리실을산과 결합된 것으로 다음의 구조식을 갖는다는 것.RhCl3[N {(CH2)3SiO3/2}3]10, RhCl3[N{(CH2)3SiO3/2}3]12, RhCl3[N{(CH2)3SiO3/2}3]15, RhCl3[HN{(CH2)3SiO3/2}2]4, RhCl3[HN{(CH2)3SiO3/2}2]8
- 제1,2,3,4,5,6항중 어느한항에 있어서 수소화반응은 0.1㎏/㎠ 내지 20㎏/㎠사이의 압력과 50℃ 내지 100℃사이의 반응온도에서 행하며, 반응매질은 수소화반응과정에 불리한 영향을 미치지 않는 용매로 메탄올과 같은 저급알콜이 바람직하다는 것.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
