Claims (18)

1-11중량%의 급소, 8-35중량%의 주석, 0.2-3중량%의 동, 적당량의 알루미늄으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 합금.
청구범위 1의 합금에 있어서, 규소가 합금중 3-5%중량%임을 특징으로 하는 합금.
청구범위 1 또는 2의 합금에 있어서, 주석이 상기 합금중 8-20중량%임을 특징으로 하는 합금.
전술한 청구범위의 합금에 있어서, 동이 합금중 0.5-2중량%임을 특징으로 하는 합금.
청구범위 1의 합금에 있어서, 4중량%의 규소, 10중량%의 주석, 1중량%의 동, 적당량의 알루미늄으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 합금.
전술한 청구범위의 합금에 있어서, 주석이 망상형임을 특징으로 하는 합금.
전술한 청구범위의 합금에 있어서, 규소가 미립자 형태이고, 약 60%가 주석상에 혼합되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 합금.
전술한 청구범위의 합금에 있어서, 규소입자의 크기가 20미크론을 초과하지 않음을 특징으로 하는 합금.

1-11중량%의 규소, 8-35중량%의 주석, 0.2-3중량%의 동, 적당량의 알루미늄으로 된 베어링 합금의 빌릿을 주조하고; 첫번째 빌릿을 어니일링하고; 첫번째 어니일링된 빌릿을 냉간 압연하여 스트립을 형성시키고; 두번째 스트립을 어니일링하고; 스트립의 한면을 알루미늄층으로 피복하고; 두번째 스트립을 냉간 압연하여 원하는 최종두께로 내리고; 강철 받침에 스트립의 알루미늄층을 접착하여 복합 스트립을 형성시켜서 제조함을 특징으로 하는 평베어링용 복합 스트립의 제조방법.
청구범위 14의 방법에 있어서, 원하는 형으로 복합 스트립을 형성시키는 단계와 천공기술에 의하여 베어링 표면을 마무리하는 단계를 더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 상기 방법.
청구범위 15의 방법에 있어서, 마무리된 베어링 표면에 연질 도금층을 사용하는 단계를 더 포함시키고, 도금층이 납/주석, 납/주석/동, 주석/동, 주석/안티모니, 주석/동/안티모니 또는 납/주석/동/안티모니의 합금으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 상기 방법.
청구범위 16의 방법에 있어서, 연질 도금층을 사용하기 전에, 마무리된 베어링 표면에 닉켈, 철, 은, 코발트, 동/아연과 동/주석의 내층을 사용하는 단계를 더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 상기 방법.
