SE FUNDE UNA ALEACION DE CU, PB, SN Y SE AÑADE NI. SE VIERTE LA ALEACION FUNDIDA A TRAVES DE UN ORIFICIO DE DIMENSIONES REDUCIDAS HACIA UNA CAMARA DE ATOMIZACION PROVOCANDO EL CHOQUE DE UN CHORRO DE AGUA, GAS O AIRE SOBRE EL FLUJO DE METAL FUNDIDO, PRODUCIENDO LA ATOMIZACION DE LA ALEACION EN PARTICULAS FINAS APROXIMADAMENTE ESFERICAS QUE SE DEPOSITAN SOBRE UNA TIRA DE ACERO. ESTA TIRA SE HACE PASAR A TRAVES DE UN HORNO DOTADO DE ATMOSFERA CONTROLADA A UNA TEMPERATURA APROXIMADA DE 1000 C, DE MODO QUE LAS PARTICULAS SE SINTETIZAN ENTRE SI Y A LA TIRA METALICA.
