Claims (20)

  1. 티탄, 질코늄 및 하프늄 이온과 그의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 금속 이온 약 0.001-1.0%와 하기 일반식의 중합체, 그의 산성염 및 그 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 가용성 또는 분산성 화합물 유효량으로 구성된 수용액.
    상기식에서 R1-R3는 수소 또는 C1-5알킬기이며 ; Y는 각기 수소, Z, CR|4R5OR6, CH2Cl 또는 C1-18의 알킬이나 아릴기이며 ; Z은이며 ; R4-R10은 수소, 알킬, 아릴, 하이드록시알킬, 아미노-알킬, 메르캅로-알킬 또는 포스포-알킬이며, 여기서 R4-R10은 탄소쇄 길이가 화합물이 용해되거나 분산되지 않는 길이까지이며, n은 숫자 2부터 중합체가 용해되거나 분산되지 않는 수까지이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 상기 용액이 수용액이며 단량체당 Z의 몰퍼센트가 약 10-200%인 용액.
  3. 제2항에 있어서 단량체당 Z의 몰퍼센트가 약 50-150%인 용액.
  4. 제2항에 있어서 PH가 약 0.5-12인 용액.
  5. 제4항에 있어서 PH가 약 2.0-8.0인 용액.
  6. 제5항에 있어서 상기 화합물이 약 0.01%-5%양으로 존재하는 용액.
  7. 제6항에 있어서 상기 화합물이 약 0.025-1%양으로 존재하는 용액.
  8. 제2항에 있어서 Z이인 용액.
  9. 제2항에 있어서 Z이인 용액.
  10. 제2항에 있어서 상기 화합물이 폴리-4-비닐페놀, 포름알데히드 및 2급 아민의 반응생성물인 용액.
  11. 제2항에 있어서 티오우레아, 티오우레아유도체, 탄닌산, 식물성탄닌 및 그의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 화합물 약 0.01-4.0%를 더 함유하는 수용액.
  12. 제1항에 있어서 안료를 더 함유하는 용액.
  13. 제12항에 있어서 상기 용액이 페인트인 용액.
  14. 금속표면을 티탄, 질코늄 및 하프늄이온과 그의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 금속이온 약 0.001-1.0%와 하기 일반식의 중합체, 그의 산성염 및 그 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 가용성 또는 분산성 화합물 유효량으로 구성된 수용액과 접촉시키는 것으로 구성된 금속표면을 처리하는 방법.
    상기식에서 R1-R3는 수소 또는 C1-5알킬기이며 ; Y는 각기 수소 Z, CR4R5OR6, CH2Cl 또는 C1-18의 알킬이나 아릴기이며 ; Z은이며 ; R4-R10은 수소, 알킬, 아릴, 하이드로시알킬, 아미노-알킬, 메르캅로-알킬 또는 포스포-알킬이며, 여기서 R4-R10은 탄소쇄 길이가 화합물이 용해되거나 분산되지 않는 길이까지이며, n은 숫자 2부터 중합체가 용해되거나 분산되지 않는 수까지이다.
  15. 제14항에 있어서 용액이 수용액이며 단량체당 Z의 몰퍼센트가 약 10-20%인 방법.
  16. 제15항에 있어서 용액의 Z가 약 0.5-12인 방법.
  17. 제16항에 있어서 화합물이 용액중에 약 0.01-5%양으로 존재하는 방법.
  18. 제15항에 있어서 용액이 티오우레아, 티오우레아 유도체, 탄닌산, 식물성탄닌 및 그의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 화합물 약 0.01-4.0%를 더 함유하는 방법.
  19. 제14항에 있어서 용액이 안료를 더 함유하는 방법.
  20. 제14항에 있어서 처리된 금속표면이 알루미늄 금속표면인 방법.
