제1도는 개방통로를 따른 방향에서 보고 일부를 절개 표시한 본 발명에 따른 슬라이딩 도어의 개방 상태를 보인 정면도. 제4도는 벽의 평면에 대하여 평행하게 되어 있는 슬라이딩 도어의 단면도. 제10도는 안내 및 지지장치의 다른 실시형태를 보인 단면도. 제11도는 도어 본체의 수정형태를 보인 부분 단면도.

Claims (14)

  1. 수직격벽(1)의 개방통로(4)를 폐쇄하기 위한 것으로, 수평으로 이동가능한 도어본체, 수직격벽(1)에 착설가능하고 도어본체가 이동하는 두프레임(3a,3b)로 구성된 도어 프레임, 안내장치(9－11), 밀폐부재(14,34) 및 도어본체의 폐쇄장치(6－8,16,18)로 구성된 것에 있어서, 도어본체중의 적어도 하나의 부재(5a,5b)가 수직격벽(1)의 방향에 대하여 평행하고 안내장치(9－11)에 의하여 제어되는 도어본체의 최종 또는 초기 운동중에 개방통로(4)에 대하여 개방통로 방향으로 전위될 수 있도록 배설되고, 도어본체가 이러한 전위(Ｓ)에 의하여 프레임(3a,3b)의 밀폐부재(14)에 대하여 확고하게 접촉되거나 분리되도록 함을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩 도어.
  2. 청구범위 1항 있어서, 개방통로(4)의 폐쇄중에 수직격벽(1)에 대하여 평행한 도어본체의 운동(Ｌ)이 중지된 후 상기 전위(Ｓ)가 이루어지고, 이 전위(Ｓ)는 개방통로(1)의 개방중에 수직격벽(1)에 대하여 도어본체의 운동(Ｌ)이 평행하게 되기전에 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩 도어.
  3. 청구범위 1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 전위가능한 부재(5a,5b)안내장치(9－11)의 부재(11)를 통하여 연결되고, 이 부재에서 하나의 전위가능한 부재(5b)가 이동가능하게 지지됨을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩도어.
  4. 청구범위 1항, 2항 또는 3항에 있어서, 슬라이딩 도어가 자기지지형의 독립된 모듈이고 그 내부에서 도어본체가 이동됨을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩 도어.
  5. 청구범위 4항에 있어서, 상기 모듈이 수평지지구조물에서 모듈하측의 선박데크(2)에 직접 접촉되게 지지됨을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩 도어.
  6. 청구범위 1－5항에 있어서 전위부재가 평행한 도어판체(5a,5b)이고 이들 각 도어판체는 전동부재(19,23a,23b,24;39－43)에 의하여 반대방향으로 전위됨을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩 도어.
  7. 청구범위 1－6항에 있어서, 도어본체가 보호부재(22,27－29)로 구성되고, 이들은 폐쇄장치(6－8,16,18)와 함께 전동부재(19,23a,23b,24,39－43)상에서 작용토록 배설됨을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩 도어.
  8. 청구범위 7항에 있어서, 보호부재(22,27－29)가 주로 기계적으로 작동되는 바의 슬라이딩 도어.
  9. 청구범위 6－8항에 있어서, 도어판체를 전위방향(Ｓ)으로 안내하기 위한 전동부재(19,23a,23b,24)가 도어 판체(5a,5b)의 지지부재(23a,23b)로 구성되거나 요구(24) 또는 요구(24)내에서 이동가능한 동력전달봉(19)으로 지지되며, 동력전달봉(19)은 상기 폐쇄장치(6－8,16,18)의 한 부재, 예를 들어 유압실린더(6)의 동력을 전달하는 동력 전달암(8,18)에 연결됨을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩 도어.
  10. 청구범위 6－8항에 있어서, 전동부재(23b,24,39－43)가 동력전달봉(39)에 의하여 유압실린더(6)의 동력전달암(8,18)에 연결된 슬라이더(40)로 구성되고, 이 슬라이더(40)는 제1도어본체(5a)의 표면에 대하여 평행하게 이동가능하고 전동부재(43)에 연결되어 있으며, 전동부재(43)는 제2도어판체(5b)의 지지부재(23b)에 위치하는 전위방향(Ｓ) 안내요구(24)내에서 이동됨을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩 도어.
  11. 청구범위 10항에 있어서, 모듈 주요부분에 대한 제2도어판체(5b)의 전위(Ｓ)크기는 제1판체(5a)의 전위크기보다 큼을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩 도어.
  12. 청구범위 1－11항에 있어서, 안내장치(9－11)가 안내레일(9)과 이를 따라 이동가능하게 지지축(11)에 축설된 안내바퀴(10)로 구성되고 지지축(11)은 일측 도어판체(5a)에 착설되고 타축 도어판체(5b)에 이동가능하게 지지되어 지지축(11)이 도어판체(5a)의 전위중에 개방통로(4)를 따라 이동됨을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩 도어.
  13. 청구범위 12항에 있어서, 최하측 안내레일(9)이 도어 본체의 폐쇄상태를 확고하게 하는 부재(31)로 구성되고, 이는 안내레일에 착설된 안내봉(9a)에 형성된 요입부임을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩 도어.
  14. 청구범위 13항에 있어서, 안내봉(9a) 또는 안내레일(9)의 상부면에 대하여 상측에 형성된 요입부(31)가 도어 본체의 폐쇄방향으로 가볍게 하향 경사져 있음을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩 도어.
