Claims (17)

  1. 효모 생물에 이종인 단백질을 암호화시키는 DNA 서열에 결합된 효모알파 인자용 프로모터의 DNA 서열로 되느 효모표현 매개체로 효모 미생물을 형질변이시키고, 이 형질변이시킨 미생물을 배양시키고, 이 배양체에서 단백질을 회수하는 공정으로 되는 효모 표현의 생성물로서 효모에 이종인 단백질을 얻는 방법.
  2. 번역 판독 후레임에서, 효모 미생물에 이종인 성숙 단백질을 암호화시키는 DNA 서열에 결합된 효모알파 인자의 프리-프로 펩티드의 상당 부분을 암호화 시킨 DNA 서열로 되는 표현 매개체로 효모 미생물을 형질변이시키고, 이 형질변이 시킨 미생물을 배양시키고, 이 배양체에서 단백질을 회수하는 공정으로 되는 효모 표현의 생성물로서 효모에 이종인 단백질을 얻는 방법.

  7. 제6항에 있어서, 번역 판독 후레임 상류에서, 효모 미생물에 이종인 성숙 단백질을 암호화시키는 DNA 서열에 결합된 효모 알파 인자의 프리-프로 펩티드의 상당부분을 암호화시키는 DNA 서열을 포함하는 표현 매개체.
  8. 번역 판독 후레임에서, 효모 미생물에 이종인 성숙 단백질을 암호화시키는 DNA 서열에 결합된 효모알파 유전자의 프리-푸로 펩티드의 상당 부분을 암호화 시키는 DNA 서열로 되는 효모표현 매개체.
  9. 제6항 내지 제8항에 있어서, 이종 단백질 DNA를 암호화시킨 DNA가 인체 인터페론, 소인터페론,조직 플라스미노겐 활성인자 및 레닌으로 되는 군중에서 선택된 1개의 단백질을 암호화시킨 표현매개체.
  10. 제6항 내지 제8항에 있어서, 이종 단백질을 암화시키는 DNA가 인슐린과 같은 성장인자 인자인 표현매개체.
  11. 제6항 내지 제10항의 표현매개체로 형질변이시킨 효모 미생물.
  12. 제1항의 방법에 의하여 생성된 단백질.
  13. 제2항의 방법에 의하여 생성된 단백질.
  14. 제3항의 방법에 의하여 생성된 단백질.
  15. 제4항의 방법에 의하여 생성된 단백질.
  16. 효모 알파인자 DNA로 부터 유도된 N-종자 프리-서열을 가지는 표현 생성물로서 기질 배지에서 성숙이종 단백질을 생성할 수 있는 효모 미생물(여기서, 전술한 프리-서열을 처리하고, 전술한 단백질을 배지로 분비시킨다).
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 성숙 이종 단백질이 인체 인슐린과 같은 성장 인자인 미생물.
