Claims (23)
- ATCC 제 22563호로 기탁한 트리티라치움 앨범 림버 균주 배양액으로부터 분리하여 정제한 세린 프로테아제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2도에 나타난 바와같은 아미노산 결합서열을 가지는 세린 프로테아제.
- 제l항에 있어서, 제8도에 나타난 바와같은 아미노산 결합서열을 가지는 세린 프로테아제.
- ATCC 제 22563호 트리티라치움 앨범 림버 균주 배양액으로부터 분리한 세린 프로테아제를 암호화하는 유전자와 혼성화할수 있는 올리고뉴클레오티드 프로브.
- 제4항에 있어서, 다음 뉴클레오티드 결합서열을 가지는 올리고뉴클레오티드 프로브:5', GCT GCT AIT CCG GCA ACG TGA GGA GTC GCC ATG GAC GTT CC 3'

- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 세린 프로테아제는 제2도에 나타낸 아미노산 결합서열을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 세린 프로테아제는 제8도에 나타난 아미노산 결합서열을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 변형된 세포 배양액내에서 제6항에 따른 DNA 결합서열을 발현시킬 수 있는 발현 백터.
- 제12항에 따른 발현 벡터로 변형된 세포 배양액.
- 제13항에 따라 대장균 균주를 변형시킴으로써 얻어지는 미생물.
- 제2도에 나타난 바와같은 아미노산 결합서열을 가지는 세린 프로테아제를 생산할 수 있는 대장균 균주.
- 제8도에 나타난 바와같은 아미노산 결합서열을 가지는 세린 프로테아제를 생산할 수 있는 대장균 균주.
