Claims (23)

  1. ATCC 제 22563호로 기탁한 트리티라치움 앨범 림버 균주 배양액으로부터 분리하여 정제한 세린 프로테아제.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 제2도에 나타난 바와같은 아미노산 결합서열을 가지는 세린 프로테아제.
  3. 제l항에 있어서, 제8도에 나타난 바와같은 아미노산 결합서열을 가지는 세린 프로테아제.
  4. ATCC 제 22563호 트리티라치움 앨범 림버 균주 배양액으로부터 분리한 세린 프로테아제를 암호화하는 유전자와 혼성화할수 있는 올리고뉴클레오티드 프로브.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 다음 뉴클레오티드 결합서열을 가지는 올리고뉴클레오티드 프로브:
    5', GCT GCT AIT CCG GCA ACG TGA GGA GTC GCC ATG GAC GTT CC 3'
  6. ATCC 제1 22563호 트리티라치움 앨범 림버 균주 배양액으로부터 분리한 세린 프로테아제의 구조 형태를 가지는 세린 프로테아제를 원시핵 또는 성숙핵 숙주세포에서 완전히 발현시키는데 사용되는 DNA 결합서열.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 제1도에 나타난 바와같은 뉴클레오티드 결합서열을 가지는 DNA 결합서열.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 제 7도에 나타난 바와같은 뉴클레오티드 결합서열을 가지는 DNA 결합서열.
  9. 트리티라치움 앨범 균주 배양액으로부터 분리한 세린 프로테아제를 세정제 조성물내에 효과적인 량으로 포함하는 조성물
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 세린 프로테아제는 제2도에 나타낸 아미노산 결합서열을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  11. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 세린 프로테아제는 제8도에 나타난 아미노산 결합서열을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  12. 변형된 세포 배양액내에서 제6항에 따른 DNA 결합서열을 발현시킬 수 있는 발현 백터.
  13. 제12항에 따른 발현 벡터로 변형된 세포 배양액.
  14. 제13항에 따라 대장균 균주를 변형시킴으로써 얻어지는 미생물.
  15. 제2도에 나타난 바와같은 아미노산 결합서열을 가지는 세린 프로테아제를 생산할 수 있는 대장균 균주.
  16. 제8도에 나타난 바와같은 아미노산 결합서열을 가지는 세린 프로테아제를 생산할 수 있는 대장균 균주.
  17. ATCC 제22563호 트리티라치움 앨범 림버 균주 배양액으로부터 분리한 세린 프로테아제의 구조 형태를 가지며 외인성 DNA 결합서열의 원시핵 또는 성숙핵 세포내 발현 생성물임을 특징으로 하는 분리하여 정제한 세린 프로테아제.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 외인성 DNA는 cDNA 결합서열임을 특징으로 하는 세린 프로테아제.
  19. 제17항에 있어서, 외인성 DNA 결합서열은 게노믹 DNA 결합서열임을 특징으로 하는 세린 프로테아제.
  20. 제17항에 있어서, 외인성 DNA 결합서열은 제조된 DNA 결합서열임을 특징으로 하는 세린 프로테아제.
  21. 제17항에 있어서, 제2도에 나타난 바와같은 구조 형태를 가지는 세린 프로테아제.
  22. 제17항에 있어서, 제8도에 나타난 바와 같은 구조 형태를 가지는 세린 프로테아제.
  23. ATCC 제 22563호 트리티라치움 앨범 림버 군주 배양액으로부터 분리한 세린 프로테아제의 구조 형태를 가지는 세린 프로테아제의 제조방법에 있어서, 원시핵 또는 성숙핵 숙주세포내에서 바람직한 세린 프로테아제를 완전히 발현시키는데 유용한 DNA 결합서열을 포함하는 DNA 벡터로 변형되거나 전이된 원시핵 또는 성숙핵 숙주세포를 적합한 배양 조건하에 배양시킨후, 상기 벡터내의 DNA 결합서열을 발현시킨 바람직한 세린 프로테아제를 분리시키는 과정으로 구성되는 세린 프로테아제 제조방법.
