Claims (1)

  1. 이차 알코올 α4,3-0-이소프로필리덴-1-메틸-5-(1-하이드록시-1-A₁)-메틸을 통상적인 방법으로 산화하여 케론을 생성하고 이 결과물을 끓이면서 디에틸 에테르내의 마그네슘 존재하에 XA₂(여기서 X는 Br 또는 I이고 A₂는 후술되는 바와 같다)와 반응시킨후 결과의 삼차 알코올을 이소프로필리덴 환과 3,4-환화작용을 깨기위해 산성제로 처리하는 것으로 성상된, 다음 일반식(1)의 1,3-디하이드로-6-메틸-7-하이드록시-퓨로-(3,4-C)-피리딘 유도체의 제조방법.
    여기서, A₁및 A₂는 각각 독립적으로 1-5개 탄소원자의 직쇄 포화 또는 불포화 탄화수소그룹, 6개까지의 환(環) 원자를 가지는 헤테로사이클 그륨, 카보모노사이클 그룹, 페닐알킬그룹 또는 페닐알케닐 그룹을 나타내며, A₁및 A₂로 표시되는 각각의 그룹은 비치환된 상태로 있거나 한개 이상의 염소 또는 불소원자,트리플루오로메틸 그룹, 1-5개 탄소원자의 알킬그룹, 1-5개 탄소원자의 알콕시그룹, 1-5개 탄소원자의 알킬 티오그룹, 디알킬 아미노 그룹(여기서 각각의 알킬그룹은 1-6개 탄소원자를 가짐), 디알킬아미노 알콕시그룹(여기서 두개 알킬그룹 및 알콕시 그룹 각각은 1-5개 탄소원자를 가짐) 또는 α-또는 β-알콕시-N-피롤리디닐 그룹(여기서 알콕시 그룹은 1-5개의 탄소원자를 가짐)으로 치환되어 있다.
