Claims (1)

  1. α4, -3-0-이소프로필리덴-피리독살과 일반식 X-A-R의 화합물을 디에틸에테르 내의 마그네슘존재하에 환류시켜서, 생성된 상응하는 2차 알콜α4, 3-0-이소프로필리덴-α-하이드록시 0-5-치환-피리독신을 산성화하여 이소프로필리덴 환을 끊은후, 3,4-환화(環化)를 촉진시키는 것으로 구성된 하기일반식(1)의 1,3-디하이드로-6-메틸-7-하이드록시-퓨로-(3,4-C)-피리딘 유도체를 제조하는 방법.
    식중,
    A < 는 일반식-(CH2)n-(n은 1에서 5사이의 정수)의 기(基)이거나 단원소 혹은 복원소환기를 뜻하며
    R은 수소, 염소 또는 불소원자, 트리플루오로메틸기, 1 내지 5탄소원자를 가진 알킬기 ｜ 1 내지 5탄소원자를 가진 알콕시기, 1 내지 5탄소원자를 가진 티오알킬기, 1 내지 5탄소원자의 알킬기와 1 내지 5탄소원자의 알콕시기로 된 디알킬아미노 알콕시기 혹은 1 내지 5탄소원자의 알콕시기로 된 N-피롤리디닐-알콕시기를 나타내며
    X는 브롬 혹은 요오드 원자를 뜻한다.
