Abstract
Reivindicacion 1: Un compuesto que tiene la formula general 1: en la que X se selecciona entre el grupo que consiste en: un enlace, -NHCH2(CH2)nCH2OC(O)-, -CH2NHC(O)CH2NHC(O)-, -CH2OC(O)-, -OCH(CH3)OC(O)-, -OCH2OC(O)-, -O-, -NR1-, -CR1R3-, -(CH2)p-, -(CH2)qNR1C(O)-, -CHR5NR2C(O)-, -(CH2)qC(O)-, -(CH2)qC(O)NR1-, y el grupo de formulas 2; R1, R2, R4, R7 y R8, en cada caso en el que aparecen, se seleccionan independientemente entre el grupo que consiste en hidrogeno y alquilo C1-7; R3 es hidrogeno, alquilo C1-4, -CH2ONO2 u -ONO2; R5 y R9 se seleccionan independientemente entre el grupo que consiste en hidrogeno, -CH3, -CH2CH3, -CH(CH3)2, -CH(CH3)3, -CH2OH, -CH(OH)CH3 y - CH2C6H5; g es 0 o 1; p es 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 o 7; q es 1, 2, 3, 4 o 5; v y w se seleccionan independientemente entre el grupo que consiste en 0, 1, 2 y 3, con la condicion de que v + w sea 1, 2, 3 o 4; R se selecciona entre el grupo que consiste en -(CH2)xCH(ONO2)(CH2)yCH3, -(CH2)xCH(ONO2)(CH2)yCH(ONO2)(CH2)zCH3; -(CH2)xCH(ONO2)(CH2)yCH2(ONO2), -(CH2)xCH(ONO2)(CR1R2)CH2(ONO2), -CR1R2R3 con la condicion de que R3 sea -CH2ONO2 u -ONO2, -(CH2)x(ONO2), -O-C(O)-(CH2)xCH(ONO2)(CH2)yCH2(ONO2), y las formulas 3 y 4 con la condicion de que X sea CR1R3 y R3 sea -CH2ONO2 u -ONO2, el grupo de formulas 5 con la condicion de que cuando R es -O-C(O)-(CH2)xCH(ONO2)(CH2)yCH2(ONO2) o la formula 3 entonces X se selecciona entre el grupo que consiste en un enlace, -NR1-, -CR1R3-, -(CH2)p-, -(CH2)qNR1C(O)-, -CHR5NR2C(O)- (CH2)qC(O)-, -(CH2)qC(O)NR1-, el grupo de formula 6; h, j y k se seleccionan independientemente entre el grupo que consiste en 0, 1 y 2; m, n, x, y y z se seleccionan independientemente entre el grupo que consiste en 0, 1, 2, 3 y 4; r y s se seleccionan independientemente entre el grupo que consiste en 0, 1, 2 y 3, con la condicion de que r + s sea 1, 2, 3 o 4.
