Claims (5)

  1. C1내지 C4에스테르 그룹을 갖는 글리옥실에스테르, 물 및/또는 C1내지 C|4알코올 ROH를 함유하고 이때 글리옥실 에스테르, 물 및/또는 알코올이 부분적으로 또는 완전히 화학적으로 결합된 형태로 존재하는 혼합물에 비등점이 180℃이상인 고급 알코올 R"OH를 가하고, 800mbar를 초과하지 않는 압력하에 우선 물 및/또는 알코올 ROH를 증류, 이어서 글리옥실 에스테르를 증류시킴을 특징으로 하여, C1내지 C4에스테르 그룹을 갖는 글리옥실 에스테르, 물 및/또는 C1내지 C4알코올 ROH를 함유하고 이때 글리옥실 에스테르와 물 및/또는 알코올이 부분적으로 또는 완전히 화학적으로 결합된 형태로 존재하는 혼합물로부터 C1내지 C4에스테르 그룹을 갖는 글리옥실에스테르를 수득하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 비등점이 200℃이상인 고급 알코올 R'OH를 사용하는 방법.
  3. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 하기 3가지 종류 중하나에 속하는 고급 알코올 R'OH를 사용하는 방법 : a) 탄소수 최대치 16인 직쇄 또는 측쇄알칸올, b) n=2내지 24인 폴리글리콜 HO-(-CH2CH2O-)nH. c) n=2내지 24이고, R"이 탄소수 최대의 4의 직쇄 또는 측쇄 알킬라디칼인 폴리글리콜 모노에스테르 HO-(-CH2CH2O-)nR".
  4. 제1 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 약 15내지 약 530mbar의 압력하에 수행하는 방법.
  5. 제1 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 글리옥실 에스테르가 메틸 에스테르의 형태이고 저급 알코올 ROH가 메탄올의 형태인 방법.
