Claims (9)
- 아라 A는 9-β-D-아라비노푸라노실-아데닌이고, 아라 C는 1-β-D-아라비노푸라노실-시토신이고, P는 모노포스페이트기인 일반식 아라 A-P-아라 C, 아라 C-P-아라 A 및 A-P-아라 A의 디뉴클레오시드 모노포스페이트를 제조하는 방법에 있어서
- 1) 3'-위치에 유리 OH기를 갖는 신톤아데닌과 시토신을 제조하고, 2)5'-위치에 유리 OH기를 갖는 신톤아데닌과 시토신을 제조하고, 3)-2관능성인 산화제의 도웃으로 3'-위치에 유리기를 갖는 신톤을 인산화 시키고, -축합제의 도움으로, 얻어진 디에스테르와 선택된 뉴클레오시드를 축합시키고, -얻어진 화합물을 탈보호시켜서 원하는 2량체를 트리에틸아모늄염의 형태로 얻음으로써, 디뉴클레오시드 모노페이트를 합성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디뉴클레오시드 모노포스페이트의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 2관능성 인산화제가 0-클로로페닝 포스포로디클로리데이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 디뉴클레오시드 모노포스페이트의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 축합제가 1-메시틸렌술포닐-3-니트로-1,2,4-트리아졸인 것을 특징으로 하는 디뉴클레오시드 모노포스페이트의 제조방법.
- 제1,2 또는 3항에 있어서, -0-클로로페닐기는 4-니트로벤즈알드옥심과 트리에틸아민의 용액으로 탈보호되고, -벤조일기는 암모니아 수용액에 의하여 제거되고, -모노메톡시트리틸기는 아세트산에 의하여 가수분해되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디뉴클레오시드 모노포스페이트의 제조방법.
- 아라 A는 9-β-D-아라비노푸라노실-아데닌이고, 아라 C는 1-β-D-아라비노푸라노실-시토신이고, p는 모노포스페이트인 일반식 아라 A-P-아라 C, 알 C-P-아라 A 및 아라 A-P-아라 A의 디뉴클레오시드 모노포페이트에 있어서, 상기 청구범위 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 하나의 방법에 의하여 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는, 디뉴클레오시드 모노포스페이트.
- 제5항에 있어서, 스페이트기의 성분이 0-클로로페닐기인 것을 특징으로 하는, 디뉴클로오시드 모노포스페이트.
- 적당한 부형제와 함께 제5항 또는 제6항에서 규정한 디 뉴클레오시드 모노포스페이트를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 약리적 조성물.
