Claims (1)

  1. 하기식(Ⅱ)의 화합물에서 N-히드록시아세틸기의 HO기를 Cl로 치환한뒤 하기식(Ⅲ)의 화합물을 하기식(Ⅳ)의 화합물로 N-알킬화하고 하기식(Ⅴ)의 화합물을 클로로아세틸클로라이드로 N-아실화하는 것으로 구성된 하기식(Ⅰ) 화합물이 제조방법.
    상기식에서, Ar은 치환되었거나 되지않은 5-피리미디닐 Y는 F, Cl 또는 Br로 부터 선택된 할로겐으로 치환되었거나 되지않은 C1-8알킬, C3-8알케닐, C3-8알키닐, C3-8시클로알킬, C5-8시클로알케닐, C3-8시클로알킬-C1-5알킬, CH(R1)-COY1(R1은 H 또는 C1-5알킬; Y1은 CO기와 함께 에스테르 또는 아미드기를 형성); R2-Az (R2는 C1-5알킬로 치환되었거나 치환되지 않은 CH2-CH3또는 CH2, Az는 그것의 질소원자중 1개에 의하여 R2에 연결된 디-또는 트리아졸 또는 고리내의 탄소원자 하나에 의해 R2에 연결된5-원소의 방향족 헤테로고리로 O,S 또는N으로 부터 선택된 1,2 또는 3개의 헤테로원자를 함유하거나 또는 피리미디닐기 또는 -O-R3인데, R3은 H 또는 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 C1-8알킬, C3-8, 알케닐,C3-8알키닐, C3-8시클로알킬, C5-8시클로알케닐, 또는 C3-8시클로알킬-C1-5알킬 또는 페닐; 또는인데R4는 C1-5알킬, C3-5알케닐, C3-5알키닐, C3-8시클로알킬 C5-8시클로알케닐, C3-8시클로 알킬-C1-5알킬로 부터 선택된 탄수화수소로서 본 탄화수소는 F,Cl 또는 Br로 부터 선택된 할로겐에 의하여 치환되거나 치환되지 않는다; 또는 알렌, R4`는 H 또는 R4로 정의되어진 것중의 1개, A는R3에 연결되어 헤테로원자로서 1 또는 2개의 산소로 구성된 포화된 산소를 함유하는 헤테로시클릭고리를 형성하는데 N과 O원자는 3의 탄소원자로 분리된다.
