Claims (4)

  1. 양극 산화피막을 가진 알루미늄 또는 알루미늄합금을 다음의 (가) 및 (나)의 두 공정으로 처리하거나 또는 적어도 (가)및 (나)의 두 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 또는 알루미늄 합금의 표면처리방법.
    (가) 칼슘염, 마그네슘염, 바륨염, 스트론튬염, 아연염, 연염(鉛鹽), 티나늄염 및 알루미늄염의 최소한 한 개 이상의 염을 함유하는 용액으로 침지하거나 상기 용액으로 전해하는 공정.
    (나) 후공정에서 양극 산화피막의 미세공의 상기 염으로부터의 생성물과 반응하여 백색 내지 회백색의 화합물로 되는 물질의 하나 이상을 함유하는 용액에 침지 또는 상기 용액으로 전해하는 공정.
  2. 각 경우에 있어서의 상기 전해는 직류 전해와 , 교류전해의 어느것에 의해서 행하여지며 , 또 직류 또는 교류와 같은 효과를 가진 파형으로 전해하는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 1기재의 알루미늄 또는 알루미늄 또는 알루미늄합금의 표면처리방법.
  3. 상기 염으로부터의 생성물이 반응하여 백색 또는 회백색화합물로 되는 물질은 무기산류, 무기산류의 알칼리 또는 암모늄염, 수산화알칼리, 탄산알칼리, 지방족의 산, 지방족산의 산의 염류, 방향족의 산류, 방향족산의 산의 염류, 방향족의 설폰산 및 유도체류, 그리고 치환물로 이루어지는 기에서 선택되는 최소한한가지 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 1기재의 알루미늄 또는 알루미늄합금의 표면처리방법.
  4. 합금발색, 전해발색, 전해착석, 침지발색 및 도장법에서 선택되는 최소한 한가의 발색처리는 상기 방법의 소망되는 단계에서 행하여지는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 1개재의 알루미늄 또는 알루미늄 합금의 표면처리방법.
