Claims (7)

  1. Actionmadura 속의 BBM-1644 생산균주를 호기조건하에 동화시킬 수 있는 탄소원 및 질소원이 함유된 배지용액에 본 배양배지에 있는 본 미생물에 의해 생성되는 BBM-1644가 다량 산출될 때까지 액내배양시켜, 하기 특징 즉, 그람 양성 및 항산성 박테리아의 성장을 억제하고, 생쥐에서 p388 백혈병의 성장을 억제하고, 용해성 박테리아에서 프로파지(prophage)를 유도하고, 수용성이며, 0.25% 수용액에서 [α] D26=-75.6°의 광학적 선광도를 갖으며, pH8.6의 0.5M바르비탈 완충액을 이용하는 4500V종이 전기영동을 1시간 실시하면 음극으로 8.7em 이동하고, 원소분석 결과 C : 46.60%, H : 6.45%, N : 13.43%, S : 0.20%, O : 3.341%를 나타내고, 분자량 22,000정도의 고분자량 펩티드이며, 과망간산 칼륨용액에서 탈색되고 폴린-로우리, 크산토프로테인, 뷰렛 및 닌히드린 반응에서 양성을 나타내고 안트론 및 사까구찌반응에서 음성을 나타내고, 가수분해하면 루신함량을 1.0으로 간주할 때 알라닌(8.0), 아스파라긴산(6.0), 시스틴 분자의 절반(1.0), 글루탐산(5.7), 글리신(8.7), 이소루신(2.3), 루신(1.0), 페닐알라닌(1.4), 프롤린(4.1), 세린(1.6), 트레오닌(7.2), 티로신(0.6) 및 발린(11.1)의 아미노산 조성을 갖는 항생물질 BBM-1644의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, BMM-1644가 배양배지로 부터 회수되는 제조방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, BBM-1644 생산 미생물이 Actinomadura sp. H 710-49(ATCC39144)의 검정특성을 갖는 생산방법.
  4. 동화시킬 수 있는 탄소원 및 질소원이 포함된 영양배지액에서 배양에 의해 항생물질 BBM-1644를 회수가능한 양만큼 생산할 수 있는 미생물 Actinomadura sp ATCC 39144의 생물학적 순수 배양체.
  5. BBM-1644의 항박테리아 유효량과 약리적담체 또는 희석제가 함유된 제약조성물.
  6. BBM-1644의 종양억제 유효량과 약리적 담체 도는 희석제가 함유된 제약조성물.
